First time visiting this barber shop and I can say it is where I will be going from now on. I checked in online which was a very easy process, showed up a few minutes early and was immediately greeted by all of the very friendly staff. After a very shower wait Mila brought me back and gave me a great haircut and beard trim. It had been a long time since my last hair cut and she had a lot of work to do. She did an amazing job I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this place.

I had an appointment at Louisville branch for a simple trim and bangs, but I left extremely disappointed. I specifically asked for, side-swept bangs and even showed reference photos, but what I got was way too longer and all of the equal length I wanted my bangs from short to longer hair and was completely different from what I wanted.Now I’m stuck waiting for my bangs to grow out, and I’m really unhappy with how they look. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

I arrived at 9:15 am, a little after the shop opened. I was greeted by Vianca with a big smile and she helped get me signed in as a new customer to this location. I was in town for my daughter’s wedding the next day and just need a haircut that didn’t look like a haircut, if you know what I mean.

I can’t say enough good things about Vianca. She gave me a great cut, all the while visiting with me about my daughter’s impending wedding. She made me feel like she and the shop wanted my business, a thing that doesn’t always happen nowadays.

The hot face towel and massage is to die for. The shop is clean and tidy. I didn’t have to wait at all but your mileage may vary depending when you arrive.

All told, I can highly recommend Sports Clips of Louisville and Vianca in particular without any reservation whatsoever. Try them; you won’t be disappointed.

Big thumbs up to Emily for taking care of my hair every week. She knows how to keep her clients happy!! She always notifies me when the products I need are restocked so I don't miss them. She even came to work on her day off just to cut my hair when I couldn't make it during her working hours. I always felt welcome whenever I visited her store. If you want to feel like a winner every time you visit, look for Emily!

My son and I have made it a ritual to go here together for years because the staff and management take such good care of us. Rhonda once again did an excellent job understanding my needs and giving me a perfect cut.
Christal and Rhonda are the best! My son and I keep going back and after at least ten years don’t plan any changes. Thanks ladies!
