Just what I’ve always wanted…to look out my window and see these glorified apartments. Classic Homes ought to be ashamed of themselves, especially since home owners were told they were going to be condos for sale, not apartment rentals. Deception at its finest. If this were their home, I’m sure they would not appreciate this view in their backyard. I’m glad I do not own a Classic Home.

So far, I've been pleased with Classic Homes. Sean, Annie and Maureen have been an AMAZING sales team to work with. They've been so diligent with sending us weekly photos of the progress and even sent flowers when they heard I had surgery. That's definitely going above and beyond!
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the standard features included in your home are well below par. I can't say enough nice things about our design center coordinator, Cheryl Windom but the fact remains that the upgrades were very expensive. You can't pick and choose where you want to spend money. It comes in packages so that you can't just upgrade the main level; you have to upgrade the entire home. However, if it turns out to be as amazing as I'm hoping, I'll update my review to 5 stars. Stay tuned for the update. Fingers crossed my star rating goes up and not down.

Ranked best home builder for a reason! Thank you Hayden, Cheryl, and Doug at Sterling Ranch for guiding first timers through our build. We're extremely happy with our purchase. Thanks also to Cheryl in the design studio. Great support from start to finish. We really feel like we have an entire team of people at our finger tips. It's nice to have the model open just down the street if we have any questions.

I am a repeat buyer as I have bought 2 homes. Pre-Covid they were the best! Now their trades do poor work and Classic does not honor their warranty repairs like they did before. And their customer service is horrible!

Are you kidding me? I have purchased two homes with Classic Homes in the Colorado Springs community. I was considering the purchase of a recent home with Classic and requested my preferred Classic Agent (awesome lady and I prefer not to use her name). Upon my inquiry, I was informed that my preferred Classic Agent was released after 26 years of service to this corporation. Guess what, you can’t just send people packing after they have bought into the successful expansion of your corporation. I call “Hot Garbage” and I will NEVER purchase a home from Classic again. If you aren’t loyal to those whom serve you, how will you ever remain loyal to me?

Horrible workmanship and they do NOT stand behind their product/work. I cannot recall how many times I was told "that's within Classic's spec", and "there's no such thing as a perfect house, so ....". When paying close to a million of my hard earned money I do expect I'm getting what I asked for. There was zero attention to detail and so much that was just engineered so incredibly poorly. I can NOT in good conscience recommend this builder.

We just purchased our Classic home in 2012. From the first step to the last Adam and June have been amazing! Adam has been with us for the past 4 years helping us along the way. He would email every once in awhile to see how things are going, customer service at it's best. It shows that he never forgot about us as other builds have. We feel like we built a personal relationship him. As for our home, haven't been here long but this house been here since 2011 and so far no problems at all. Loving our new home. Would highly recommend them!

I am having a Classic home built in the Indigo Ranch neighborhood. My experience has been that Classic's corporate philosophy is to truly listen to their clients' wishes and go out of their way to see that everything about your home is exactly as you desired and designed. I believe that the Classic Homes representatives care deeply about the individual home buyer and the community at large. Throughout the process so far my family and I have been treated exceptionally well and warmly by everyone associated to Classic Homes. From the Sales Counselors, to the Design Consultant to the Project Superintendent to the hard working contractors actually pouring my concrete. They're all super communicators and good people. No surprises. I come from a service industry where good communication is paramount and Classic's representatives have always communicated openly and frankly to me about my home and the future plans for the surrounding neighborhood. I feel so blessed that I will live in a beautiful home built by Classic in the Indigo Ranch community. This is gonna be an awesome place to live!
