I've had nothing but fantastic experiences here. The classes are a great workout, the staff is professional, and the atmosphere is extremely positive.
I've been to many gyms in the states and also overseas, and I can say this is a unique high level gym.

Great place to train! The facilities were very clean. Sensei Duane is a fantastic coach who balances encouragement with specific technical corrections. The students were very helpful and willing to share advice. The BMT system is second to none. Highly recommend training here!

10 out of 10 would recommend to literally anyone. Whether you’re a serious active competitor or just have a general interest in starting your journey in martial arts..this is THE PLACE to do it. As a former competitor, a coach and lifelong fan of martial arts I have traveled and trained in various places..this was hands down the absolute best experience I have personally had thus far along my journey. Sensei Ludwig has developed one of the most expansive, unique, versatile and realistic systems I’ve had the privilege to be introduced to. His passion, sincerity and authenticity are second to non. When you sprinkle that in with an incredulous resume in and around the Fight world the possibilities for the martial artist learning under him are endless. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and ideal for learning. Every single person I interacted with were friendly, accepting and eager to help spread the love and knowledge of martial arts to all. Can’t wait to make another trip out to train again at the HQ again. OSU!

A great place for beginners to pros, they have classes aimed for all levels with the talent to push you to the next level. Sensei is extremely knowledgeable and knows just how to correct those little mistakes most people don’t notice they even do. Julian up front is super helpful and always friendly

Best Kickboxing / Muay Thai gym I’ve ever been to hands down. They have flexible class times, great coaches, and an amazing gym culture that will only push you as hard as YOU want go. You can come to get in shape while having fun all the way to professional competition. The head coach trained a UFC champion but is still a fun and humble guy. There are bag classes, technique, BJJ, and sparring classes. Even in sparring some just want to learn while others compete but they all train to each other’s level so no one goes too hard. Trust me, just try it and you’ll see. I think there’s a free trial too.

Loved training at the BMT HQ! I train at an affiliate gym out of state and got a chance to train for the day while on a trip. Awesome environment and supportive teammates here. The coaching staff is top notch and whether you are just getting a great workout or a fighter looking to level up, this place is wonderful.
