Je viens de passer un séjour exceptionnel au Yoga Loft Retreat à Sauveterre-la-Lémance ! Le cadre est absolument magnifique, en pleine nature, ce qui apporte une vraie sérénité. Les séances de yoga étaient parfaitement adaptées à tous les niveaux, avec la professeure bienveillants et très compétents. Le gîte est lui aussi superbe, décoré avec goût et très confortable, idéal pour se ressourcer. Tout était pensé pour offrir une expérience relaxante et ressourçante. J'y retournerai sans hésiter et recommande vivement cet endroit à quiconque cherche un lieu paisible pour se reconnecter avec soi-même !

I spent one week in this beautiful house and enjoyed a very nice yoga retreat. Sam is very kind and a wonderful host. She also is a great yoga teacher. I learned so much in yoga that I still do some of the exercises at home today. The house is clean, spacious, and has a lovely garden set in nature. We were able to truly relax here. During the yoga retreat, Joe provided us with amazing food. Everything was well thought and I left very relaxed.

This is a beautiful secluded yoga retreat space. I spent one week here enjoying great yoga sessions with Sam, delicious food cooked by Joe, exploring the local area, and hanging out at the beautiful, comfy house. Sam and Joe are great hosts and I am so grateful for the time I got to spent at the retreat. I left fully recharged and continue the yoga practice Sam taught us.

This is the retreat we all need.

The location is stunning, the house is beautiful and the yoga is just perfect. Sam provides everything you need to switch off and relax; a welcoming atmosphere, an amazing home from home, and a daily yoga challenge which is tailored to suit your individual ability and is taught with patience, care and authenticity.
I did not want to leave.
Would highly recommend to anyone, or any group looking for a piece of paradise.

Sam was not an experienced yoga teacher, and it showed. (She only has 200h of training, and as you can check for yourself online, “200 hr course might be a great personal experience, but we do not believe it can provide the level of training required to become a confident and competent yoga teacher”)

The house was ok but not great (on the road, many items were malfunctioning). The garden was very nice.

Sam was a bit curt.

I certainly wouldn’t come back.

My time at the Yoga Loft couldn’t have been better! Samantha greeted me with such kindness and made me feel so comfortable right from the start. The beautiful house has everything you will need. The beds are extremely comfortable and the grounds are breathtaking with an amazing pool. There is a jacuzzi bathtub to relax in after a day of exploring. Ebikes are available for rent which make for a fun way to explore the villages, castles, and vineyards nearby. Not only is Sam a great host, but she teaches exceptional yoga classes in an amazing studio. These classes made me feel energized for the rest of my day ahead. I felt like I was getting a good physical workout as well as increasing mindfulness. They were some of the best I’ve taken. The studio is also attached to the house and you can enjoy it at anytime. The breakfast that Sam served each morning was delicious! There was always penalty of pastries (couldn’t be better, you’re in France afterall), fresh fruit, jam, granola, and yogurt. The fridge was stocked with milk, juice and water. There was also an assortment of teas and coffees at all times. I can’t say enough good things about my time here. You would be missing out if you didn’t book this retreat!

Yoga Loft Retreat is the most beautiful Yoga venue I have experienced. Sam is warm, friendly, very welcoming and obviously an exceptionally experienced instructor, paying attention to safety and posture at all times. The studio is sublime! A haven of peace and tranquility. Didn’t want to leave! I would recommend it to anyone who needs time out from a busy life. Thank you so much Sam, such a pleasure to stretch and balance with you.

From the gorgeous accommodations and amenities to the superior hospitality Sam provides to her guests, this Retreat has been nothing short of a regal experience. Our amazing host, Sam, provided us with impeccable instruction regarding use and operation of the facilities and local area that added much comfort to our stay. Book a Yoga class! Sam's knowledge and expertise of this discipline combined with her ability to make a newbie feel comfortable had me hooked after just one class.
From the dream inducing beds, luxurious lodgings, availability of electric bike rentals and beautifully groomed grounds to the very private yet convenient location, this has been my most enjoyable and relaxing European vacation to date. Grab your gals (or guys) and book your stay! You will NOT regret it! Worth every penny. I WILL be returning.
