Zero if possible.
No customer service whatsoever.
13:30pm they were not busy at all.
Only 1 customer other than myself.
1 employee.
Not 1 attempt by the sales rep guy to
a)Greet or acknowledge the customer in any way, I didn't get a not a or visual recognition of any sort after being there over 10 minutes.
b) Ask if I needed anything.
I worked at Buckle the clothing store at the Paradise Valley mall in Scottsdale.
I'm familiar with customer service.
This was not it.
Will not come back.
Clothes are very nice for the rockstar look.
Lack of customer assistance will help this store lose its business.

Wow, first time Wornstar vest purchaser and I got the Idolmaker in black at 50% off. The quality, fit, and malleability are top notch for the battle vest I am staring to build. We will see how it holds up over time, but this has exceeded my expectations. Shipping was very fast as well.

I order all the rock n roll clothing for lead guitarist Ralph Colley. We had to return a pair of jeans, because they were to small. Manda with Wornstar made it so easy to exchange and was in contact with me through Email the entire exchange. Awesome clothes!

Bought the skinny jeans both red and wax black. Great quality, awesome fit. Being a man finally having a low waisted option is very welcome, (I don't wear my jeans above my belly button, what guy does?) They are comfortable and wear in well. Their sizes are right on, they run very true to the actual inches, so break out the measuring tape and don't rely on sizes from a different brand. The only thing I can't comment on is how they will hold up.

I saw that they do alterations after I bought my pants, take a look at that page, you can modify your jeans in pretty cool ways.

I found wornstar clothing on the internet, I was looking for a pair of rocker jeans... for on stage... so I took the plung and bought the hellraiser side button on sale... it took 4 days to get to my location... way up north in Canada... I can't believe the quality of these jeans the stretch comfort the look couldn't be happier... only problem is they got me at customs for another $95.00 cad I will shop there again but please send me a discount codes JK thanks guys love your product!
