This hotel located outside city, with adequate parking space, multiple infrastructures for multiple activities such as marriages, birthday parties with premium prices considering the facilities.

Rooms are sizes are more than expected with upto 3 occupancy bed, clean and hygiene.

Food is not good option with reference cost and also taste.

Be careful about water bottles that are kept on table as you will be end up paying extra than MRP as they don't even have courtesy to tell you they are charging extra for it.. although Rules allow to charge more... you will in trap of paying extra once you use it...

Management issues and Miscommunication is really an issue here. Waiters don't even care to ask if we would like to have vegetarian or non vegetarian meal. In my case the waiter just assumed our order to be non veg. It was even served to us.
Really, these waiters need to be trained. And Cooling is also an issue.
Near the pool side they don't have enough lights though.

Property is excellent.?
Location is fantastic.
Parking is available.

Cooling is big issue and noted on multiple times….! It persists

BEWARE OF THE MANAGERIAL STAFF…..!
They are not accountable.
Absolute Miscommunication and incompetence.
Seems they have imbibed a culture of taking customers granted.

Needs a lot of improvement in terms of management.

Pity that such a huge and prime location property is being ruined by those managing it daily basis.
Needs absolute change in Management staff.

The hotel was luxury but there verification policy was very poor they waited on reception on 20 to 25 minutes. They said that your documents was not updated as husband wife as we were married , again the tv was not working we called on reception but she does not responding 1 half hrd then we called 2 nd time then room service was came . but I m very disappointed from the reception they are keep still standings on the reception for there verification policy no one has treats properly not saying to please sit .....this was very worst experience ever .

Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel
