I have been coming to the Sweet Science for about 10 months and I can’t imagine working out any other place. I have gotten stronger, increased my coordination and dropped a significant amount of weight because those are my goals. It’s a great workout, but it’s also a lot of fun. The owner, Billy Lyell, really knows how to run great programs tailored for all ages. The gym is very clean and top of the line equipment. The staff is great. They are all very knowledgeable and encouraging. And at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend the Sweet Science!

I’m the Lead Coach at D1 Training Naples and have a passion for learning from others in the industry. I heard great things about this gym so decided to pay for a drop in class. I’ve never even watched boxing so I had some jitters needless to say ?

Really enjoyed my session! It was tough but you can determine your own pace. Staff was friendly and I felt like I was getting great feedback and instruction. They integrate technology a lot into their system which makes the class seamless!

I came to Sweet Science from another gym and from the moment I started I was already impressed. Billy is amazing - he is the real deal but so humble. His staff is just as incredible as he is. They make you feel at ease but work you hard and don’t let you slack off lol. I can’t say enough great things about this place. I am so grateful for the events that brought me here. You won't find a better place to get your sweat on. Whether you want to solidify your boxing fundamentals, broaden your skill set, or you simply want a good workout to get your heart rate up- Sweet Science is where it's at! This place is a judgement free zone, filled with knowledgeable staff that provide individualized guidance throughout the entire workout. Boxing can seem intimidating and press your comfort zone, but these guys do a fantastic job at making you feel right at home.

Best boxing classes in town ?! Great classes for adults and children. My son loves it, great coaches, awesome fights some Friday nights. Definitely highly recommend The Sweet Science Boxing for all ages.

The best boxing gym. Billy the owner is knowledgeable and personable. You train like a real boxer, and the coaches are able to help you no matter your experience level. Highly recommend for either experienced boxers or people looking for a great workout.
