A lot of organic products at this store. It is a clean location and staff is always very attentive to the customer. Some of the products are overprice comparable to other markets around where you will find exactly same product a lot cheaper. Definitely I love their rotisserie chicken, gourmet Coleslaw salad, and seafood. I found out they do specials for the rotisserie chicken and some other products on Thursdays. And this specials are a big saving for your pocket.

The Fresh Market is a great overall experience. Great selection of produce, meats and cheeses. The staff was overall friendly. Alot of the regular shelf foods are a bit over priced compared to other stores but there are also a great ton of items that I have only seen here. Also this isn't the type of store to do any major shopping in, (unless ur more of a health nut), especially if u have kids. This is more of a once in a while to get certain special items. Great food and department's but not practical for large family shopping with a budget. All in all I will be going back, just not for anything major.

The staff here are fantastic! Very friendly and they made sure to make it right when we bought some seafood that wasn’t good. Tonya and Nancy in particular helped us with our refund and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. That made all the difference in deciding whether we’d shop here again. We’ll be back!

The Fresh Market has a lot of fresh food which will attract you.
You’ll be able to find many options that you can’t find them in other markets!
Many organic types of food
Many different types of fresh coffee
Many different dried fruit and vegetables
Many nice flowers and flowers bags
I really enjoyed shopping at thins market but if you go there expect to pay more money than other markets but I would say it worth it coz you’ll feel comfortable shopping in a nice, clean, neat place with a lot of fresh options.
I like it and I might come back again.

Overcharged me for the Vintage 2021 Cline Family Cellars red blend wine at the register. The price says $13.99 in the wine section. Rung up at the register for $18.99. Please do better!

I was at this store today and an employee made a put-down comment in slang about me that they said out loud while looking at me thinking I wouldn't know the connotation behind it. To add to that, this employee was wearing AirPods (inappropriate in a customer service setting) and also went behind the butcher door, then came back out cussing. Just a bad decorum from that employee. I'm not going to put what word he called me because I'm not going to start a fight with the internet.

I used to shop here because I'm in one of the three apartment complexes nearby, I would literally spend ~250-300 a month here. Never shopping here again, better off at Publix or the Whole Foods that's coming up soon across the street. VERY disappointed.

On more than one occasion, my mom and I (either together or separately) have come to this fresh market and experienced some of the worst customer service from those who work in the deli section. You can, literally, walk up and make eye contact with those there and they won't even come to ask how you can be helped. You wait, because maybe they are finishing up a task, but then realize they aren't going to help. So we walk off and not even a few moments later (or even the others waiting) are helped! Seriously!!! This time we asked for a manager to express how bad the customer service in the deli was! Will anything change? Yes! We won't be going back there again, even if it's 5min from our ?. I'll happily drive 20-25 to the one down San Jose because I KNOW I'll receive great customer service there!
