I transferred my wife from a Rehab Center in Ocala to "The Club". It was the BEST medical decision I have ever made. EVERYONE there literally treated my wife with Dignity, Respect, and portrayed total concern with her needs. We want to thank every person for my wife's rehab.
We cannot say enough...from their professional and caring rehab. department, to their Nutritional Department and everyone in between our thanks to The Clubs' entire team!

We’ve had a very good experience at the club. Everyone has been super nice. We’ve had wonderful nurses like Norma, Bernadette, Antonia and Lori among others. Yolanda and Mitch in PT were terrific. Dominique, in Social services
has been very helpful and my husband’s guardian angel, Lynette concierge is great. My husband even liked the food.

My mom, Dinah, had an excellent experience with her short term rehabilitation stay at the Club.These are her own words, as she shares her experience. “My stay at the Club has been excellent. I am leaving because of all the training I have had from you wonderful folks.The thing that impressed me the most is how everyone seems to work together as a team. No one looked down on anyone and everyone worked together. I am 86 years old and worked in hospitals all my life. I have never experienced anything as wonderful as this team working together. It is marvelous!
Every CNA was friendly and kind. Every tech assistant was happy. Every nurse was caring. The PT and OT Team were all terrific.Every staff member I can say was wonderful to me.
I love the idea of assigning each staff member
a resident to be a guardian angel. My guardian angel, Jason stopped by and checked me regularly. I love that.
My social worker, Dominique worked so hard to help me with my discharge and setup home health for my return home. She was very kind.
The facilities were beautiful. I love the gardens and lobby area to sit down and visit with my family.
I would like thank a few very special people who were especially kind to me. My CNA’s Steve and Toni both stopped regularly to talk with me and see how I was doing. They made my day when they would come. My OT, Brian, was so patient with me and could explain things for me so I would retain the information. And finally, My PT Yolanda was absolutely brilliant and so special. I am so grateful for everything she did with me and for her as a person. I truly feel so blessed. She is the reason I am heading home.

The Club has a very caring staff. They pay attention to every detail. If there are any concerns, they follow up promptly and rectify anything that you can identify as a concern. The staff keeps you updated on the progress of your loved one there are periodic meetings, which are helpful as well as caregiver and patient meetings which are extremely important for the well-being of your loved one. I can’t say enough about the entire team at the club. They are awesome and if you choose to have your loved one at the club, you will not be disappointed.

Rehabilitation is not what you receive here, neglect is more the issue. My Dad, 96 years old was sent here after hospital stay for aspiration pneumonia, he was never up out of bed at the hospital and became weak and unable to ambulate. Both lower legs were so full of fluid, one leg was weeping upon arrival to "The Club". We were met there by several staff, one being the Director of Nursing, who proceeded to tell us that the compression socks we had, would not be used, as they needed a Doctors order!! The socks that we brought were measured by a DME company and ordered by his primary. No physical therapy for several days due to the wheelchair they put in his room had 2 left legs and the therapist was unable to get them attached...well surprise, surprise! My spouse took that chair to the front desk and explained why my Dad missed therapy, and to please get a new chair. No shower x 5 days, I finally gave him one! On day 5 they night nurse was called by my Dad because he hadn't received his medications, she told him it was because he was new, what the heck people, the attitude of some of the staff is awful, shameful even, but there are several of the staff that are wonderful, but they can't work 24/7, they know who they are. Second week there, a mandatory mask alert for Covid was given, this only applies to some people, I had to ask a Doctor to put on a mask....come on people, your in a 96 year old man's room, what are you thinking!!! Some of the staff think that covering their chin with mask is okay, while others don't bother to wear any. The list goes on. Please if you love the person your sending to rehab, run away from this place

Very res Very respectable personnel, very professional place. It's very clean and quiet food. It was bad but tolerable. The doctor was wonderful. Excellent very patient and listens to you. And the driver that took us to dialyssays forward and back named Deborah.

I met Mrs. Lynette and I am amazed and blessed to have her on my moms team of care takers. She is kind, she has such compassion for her patients and goes above and beyond for my mom. She is very knowledgable in her field and job. She, in my opinion is an asset to your company. I wish you had more of her at the Club Health. Thank you so much Lynette for all you do. You are Heaven sent.

The club has helped me so much, the staff is so kind and helpful they do such a great job, thank you ,I wish I had the opportunity to give back they we're so understanding too all my needs ,the kitchen staff is amazing too, the food is great!!! thank you again ,I'm going to miss you all when I go home love you ? ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
