I’ve only been to two other boxing gyms in my life. Both those gyms started you off practicing the basics, like teaching you how to throw a punch, hitting pads, learning combos, and the heavy bags. At the end of the class they would burn you out with cardio. This gym starts off with cardio. The beginners class is 50% cardio. By the time the class begins you are already burnt out and it makes it hard to learn anything. Don’t come to this gym unless you are already in good shape. Obviously cardio is very important if you are going to compete but not everyone wants to compete. Some people just want to learn to box.

They are friendly, professional and my kids really enjoy going to the gym. Olivia is amazing, she is always available to answer any questions or concerns. The Coaches really care and give individual coaching as much as they can. I really appreciate how they genuinely care. Coach Alan and Carlos are loved by my kids. Thank you

This place is fantastic. They take their time with every child and make sure every child is engaged. They explain to the parents the registration process and parents can watch. Every child seems to be having a really good time. My son asks to go back every day.

I walked in to scan a QR code and get a card
The manager called me into the office so I followed I happen to know the person who was being interviewed so the manager assumed I wasn’t serious about taking lessons she gave me no other information besides prices
She told the person she was interviewing if I didn’t walk in she would’ve hired them on the spot no idea what me walking in to get information I was genuinely interested in had to do with that person but now I’m definitely not interested horrible manager she had an attitude and was rude I don’t recommend anyone go there

Teknique Boxing has been a real game changer for my daughter! She has grown more comfortable in her own skin, as well as her confidence has increased more than ten fold and she has grown tremendously as a fighter under the guidance of her coaches. She trains hard 3 days a week for an hr a day and her laser precision focus helps further her training. Her and the coaches take her training seriously. The money paid every month is more than worth it! I couldn't be happier with the gym, coaches, and growth my daughter had made. Thank you Teknique Boxing!

My first time visiting Teknique was last year on vacation, I managed to squeeze in 2 training sessions (One 1-on-1 session with Coach Javier). Also got to do an intermediate class which blew my mind for what was being taught!! My 2nd time around I did a private session with Coach Allan an he focused on some of my weaknesses, for someone who never met me before he spotted out my con’s within 5 minutes of bag work!! He put me to work and I learned a lot in 60 minutes. Also got to do another intermediate class and the vibes are just amazing, met a handful of solid gentleman and future champions!! My go to spot for my annual Orlando vacation. Thanks Coach Tj, Javier and a special thank you to coach Allan!! Blessed to step into this gym 10/10
