Alex Evers conducted a training seminar for my leadership students. There were over 125 college students, and they were engaged for the entire morning! The results were incredible. Students are more confident and aware. They developed as a team, learning to trust each other more. They also learned how to communicate clearly with each other and the teams they lead. And they loved learning some karate moves! The board breaking activity at the end was a powerful moment for all of them, one they still talk about. I highly recommend any of Alex's leadership training seminars!

Every interaction that I've had with Stillwater Martial Arts staff has been fantastic! My son attended summer camp and had a great time making friends with the other kids and the counselors. When it came time for him to decide where he wanted to go for after-school care this year, he didn't hesitate at all when he said Stillwater Martial Arts. I didn't hesitate in signing him up either - every staff person (including Mr. Alex, the owner) really seems to enjoy being around kids so I feel like my son is in a safe and caring environment. Additionally, while my son's in after-school care, he gets to take a class (karate or tumbling) and this is included in the after-school care fee. I'm so grateful that this option is available to Stillwater families!

Stillwater Martial Arts is by far the best karate school my husband and I have ever seen and attended. The instructor and leaders are incredibly friendly and enthusiastic about helping you, especially with learning about the facility, it's goals, and finding the right type of martial arts for you. The school is in a great location and everything inside is extremely organized and clean. Anyone who is interested in attending a martial arts school will not only be impressed by the staff, but also by the members, which are not just the Stillwater community, but a family. The children and other members understand the goals and are well disciplined, which creates a very positive and fun atmosphere.

If you are looking for a martial arts school and are in or near the Stillwater community, I would highly recommend stopping by and asking the instructor personally about the school. You will receive excellent customer service and better knowledge than anything I could type in this review. You won't be dissapointed!

Stillwater Martial Arts instructors are excellent! They are fun, professional, caring, and excel in their skill and ability to teach their skill. My son speaks so highly of every instructor and loves the atmosphere at SMA! The instructors meet the students at their level and encourage each of them individually. My son's confidence and outgoingness has skyrocketed since beginning instruction just at a year ago. Now he speaks of earning his black belt! Great skill, great fun, great character, great school!

My daughter has been taking classes since she turned 5. She loves and cannot wait to earn her blue belt so she can begin assisting with classes. We have turned it into a family affair as my wife and I both started taking classes over the summer. It is a great school, Mr. Alex, Mr, Craig, and all of the other instructors are fantastic working with both children and adults, the curriculum is geared toward building good character traits in the children and presenting them with positive role models to follow in life. I cannot stress enough how awesome Stillwater Martial Arts is or how much my family enjoys are time there. Thank you SMA.

They maintain a high level of expectation while always having a positive attitude with the students. They call each child by name (from day one) and make them feel welcome and valued.
