I am so grateful for the other coaches and boxers at Spokane Boxing! From the top down, this gym is top notch. It is more than a gym, it is a community. I am proud to be a part of it. Came to the gym with my son who was being bullied in school. Coach Rick was great, and his program gave him the confidence to stand up to these kids that were picking on him. He never had to raise a hand, however, had the confidence to push back on these bullies when necessary. It was a little challenging for him at first, because most of the group were adults. However, he was excepted quickly by the other senior members of the classes, and was treated with the same respect as everyone else. Love Rick love spokane boxing.

Best gym in Spokane. Workouts are tough and the coaches know how to train proper boxing technique. Rick (owner) is a figure in the community and we are lucky to have him in Spokane. Can’t say enough good things about this gym, it’s members, and the coaches.
