I really enjoy going to this gym because it is always very clean, there are many different machines, and the staff is very friendly.

I would especially like to highlight Coach Kelly. I have been training with her for three months now. I have noticed progress in weight loss, as well as strengthened muscles, and I have become much more resilient.

What I value most is that Kelly always prepares a personalized exercise routine for me, which helps to keep our workouts diverse.

I always look forward to going to the gym with great pleasure.

Tried out this gym in Riverside and the facilities are top-notch, featuring state-of-the-art equipment that caters to all fitness levels and goals. From cardio machines to free weights, there's something for everyone here including this hack squat machine. Plus, the gym was super clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment for members to focus on their workouts without any distractions. Special shout out to Nate who showed me around. He really knows his stuff.

I’m a huge fan of Snap Fitness. The staff is excellent. The members all are focused on their workouts. You can literally go any time of the day. The equipment is great and they keep the place very clean. I love it!

EDIT: She never started working out on the treadmills, this person is just straight up lying. Still don’t have the video of her doing this. They are making this out to seem like an intentional thing. I think the overly long reply indicates an unhinged attitude trying to falsely justify verbal assault on someone who was just simply clueless

Manager verbally assaulted my girlfriend. who walked in after staffed hours and was looking for a day pass (honest mistake). They also lied and said she started working out (she didn’t). They won’t produce any footage of her doing so either (otherwise I’d delete my review and believe them over her). Manager got so heated he was almost emotional. Manager didn’t ask context just straight to yelling. She walked around and checked out the equipment while also trying to find an employee (apparently difficult to get help at normal hours there…). Left my GF crying for an hour when she simply was just trying to find a gym. I don’t love when grown men intimidate young women like that and it is concerning that they think that’s okay. If you’re seeing this review, they still haven’t shown the footage they claim they have of her working out! Plenty of better options out there for the young women who want to feel safe.DO BETTER FOR THE LADIES MEN!

When I first entered the gym for the first time I was very nervous but I was very excited and happy that I was finally getting a personal trainer who would take good care of me. I feel that my first workout session went ver well and I have to be completely honest with you I feel great after my first workout. I would recommend this gym and personal trainer to all of my family and friends and thank you Kelly for making me feel more comfortable and confident with my first workout routine with you. You are going to help me to achieve all of my fitness goals and needs

I’ve been at this gym for nearly 3 years, it is one of the cleanest gyms. They do a great job of updating/ maintaining equipment. The people are always friendly and the staff is always so kind. Alfredo, is a gem always going above and beyond with his positive messaging and even giving out valentines cards. We love it here!

Great gym, great people and WONDERFUL Ownership. I had to cancel due to relocation and without any sales, reduced cost or hassle, it was cancelled. This is the first time I've ever had to leave a gym due to relocation that was smooth. Would tell anyone to join, first class place. Thanks Snap.

I’ve been going to this gym for a couple years now and there are many things to rave about. Some of the things I appreciate most are the cleanliness of the facilities, the friendliness/ professionalism of the employees and the desire of the owner to make sure the needs and often wants of the members are meet.
Both Nate and Alfredo do a wonderful job. They’re constantly ensuring the facility is clean and organized. They are always available to the members if they need something. I even notice how kind and genuine they are when new people come in to tour the place.
I love this gym and am fortunate to have it so close to home.
