We just wanted a good place for overnight stay. Rooms were pretty good. We booked 3 rooms. Very neat and clean. In house restaurant is decent and inexpensive. They messed up our food order partially but still food quality was good.
Only issue is location driving in with it being right in bazar. But that can be good for those who are coming from public transport.

The hotel is located in the marketplace, so it's always bustling with people, making it difficult to find parking in front of the hotel.
The room rates are reasonable, but the rooms themselves don't quite live up to expectations.
The room service and staff were great, and the room was kept clean throughout my stay.
The in-house restaurant served average food.
Overall, it's a decent place to stay when visiting Seoni.
However, the front desk staff wasn't very helpful and had a bad attitude.

Khane Mai to maja agya bhai, pure veg restaurant hai ishmai buffet bhi hai to aapki choice hai, khane ke baad sewai jarror prefer kronga mai aap log lo, room thoda costly hai lekin location city k center pr hai to aapko jyada search nhi krna padega, jaye aur khana taste krey

Hotel is nice to stay and my overall experience is good with this hotel, I stayed 3 days here they will provide breakfast complimentary so u no need to pay extra for that.
iam only disappointed is that in my room u r landline is not working if I want to call service person , I should go out and call from another landline which is present outside. So make sure u fix it ? .
In bathroom the tap is not proper. This is my overall experience in hotel Shivani.
Owner is also good if u have any things of u contact him he will resolve..........

The best and affordable place with clean toilets. The right place for long distance travellers who travel from Delhi to Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ Kerala. The best pet friendly place. The owner was a nice and humble person. He loved our pogo and made him feel at home. He also introduced me to his pet. Food was excellent, as well. Enjoy the stay, buddies. They have parking place behind the building.
