It's been 2 years now since my kids joined this dojo. I can't describe how happy they are and how self confident and strength they acquired since joining. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Sensie Moises treats everyone with respect and such dignity.
This is the best traditional karate studio for whoever is looking for perfection. Additional that you learn other languages: Spanish, English and Japanese.

The Sensei is an excellent teacher. We travel very far to take classes from him. The class is well structured, with a strong emphasis on athletic training. You learn the fundamentals of traditional karate, as well as the valuable life lessons of competitive sports. This dojo is the best in Austin!

I can't say enough good things about Sensei Moises and Shinku Karate! He is the top WKF Karate Instructor in Austin, TX with students in US national team. We Drive nearly 1+ hours from south Austin to train our son. From the moment you walk in to Shinku Karate, you feel the welcoming and supportive environment. Sensei Moises is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated to helping each student achieve their personal best. The classes are well-structured, offering a great balance of discipline, technique, and fun. My Son has gained so much confidence and strength since joining.
