I recently completed the Self Defense Pistol Level 1 training with Andres. The first several hours consisted of very basic Jiu-jitsu self defense training. I was a bit concerned about that training with a severely torn labrum in my non-dominant shoulder. Andres worked around that complication expertly and I was still able to complete a meaningful training without further injuring my labrum.

Shooting on a private range in the afternoon was spectacular (I would definitely recommend significantly refreshing your shouting skills beforehand as you will need it to pass this part of the training).

The training fee was well worth the takeaway
