The store itself is an enjoyable shopping experience. They desperately need more employees around to just help customers who have questions. It is hard to find any employees on the floor, and when you do find one, they are in the middle of a task and you feel like you're bugging them. Also, their prices are so steep that we no longer use it as our primary grocery store. They have become the store that we go to for anything we forgot to get at Walmart.

Clean, bright, lots of selection. The self-bagged coffee is amazing!
Need to pay attention to expiration dates. Meat and dairy are often very, very close to expiration.
Ice cream is often freezer-burned because they park a giant cart in the isle and take all day to unload it and things get melted and refrozen.

Clean, Good prices, if you live close by and need groceries at affordable prices this is the best option compared to driving to Walmart or Target. They also have a app so if your into coupons you'll have fun here.

The store is clean, and the employees are as polite as they are helpful. But man, the parking situation is inadequate at best. It also doesn't help that the storefront parking is always taken up by seasonal items leaving you circling the lot for parking, all said, that's a minor inconvenience.

The bigger issues: Their self checkout stations suck, and the employees are usually too busy to come help. It's not their fault, seems like a management and understaffing problem. Worse, though, is they allow those peddlers at the entryway. Fr though, savemart is expensive enough as it is, I don't need people haranguing me to donate to the pi.. I mean - police on my way out, too.

I don't normally call people out, but management needs to take Victoria aside and explain customer service to her. She wasn't friendly, she wasn't at there station (the self check) and she wasn't helpful. Rang up an item and it was $2 more than the tag price stated. Waited a few minutes and no help arrived. Looked around and another machine needed a worker and the shopper had given up and left with the desired item sitting there. Asked another worker if anyone was working self check and he told me to just wait. (Also not in a friendly way) Waited around some more and was considering just leaving when Victoria graces us with her presence. I told her why it called for her and she just shrugged. So I set those two items aside and did not purchase them. I couldn't tell if she smiled due to her pointless face covering, but I know she didn't apologize, correct the price, or tell me to have a good day. All around, not impressed by the staff here. Management needs to do some training. . .

My mother had a great experience here tonight. She was so happy for the young lady Nicole that helped her and was so nice and helpful.. one of her best experiences ever at this store. Very nice. Great job to the whole store.. but that you to that one young lady who went out her way to help my mother. God bless you.
