Great exercise and development of coordination, balance, and strength. Karate drills keep my 6-year-old interested and wanting to come back every week. Instructors help with posturing and instill confidence and respect towards others. This has translated into our home which is a wonderful improvement to see so early on. It’s a family-style environment for all levels of experience and all ages. I checked out a few other places in town first and I’m so glad I ultimately chose Roderick’s of Orange Park.

The Roderick’s Martial Arts School is without a doubt the best school!!! Family oriented and built on strong foundational values!! Instructors are top notch and very professional. Our kids love it and we love it so much that we attend class and learn with them! Must try it for yourself to see just how much fun you will have and how much you will learn!!

1000% recommend this place to anyone! They make your child really feel like they belong there! Our Macee has only thrived since she’s been here. We will forever be thankful for Mr. Alfred, Chief Instructor Mr. Ordaz and the rest of the staff. Every single instructor has shown nothing short of patience and really going the extra mile to make sure that every student is being taught. Even the Junior instructors have a great attitude and are extremely helpful and attentive. And most importantly our daughter loves it there. It’s extremely reassuring when your child’s exact words are “ I love it here and want to come every day” We absolutely love Roderick’s Family Martial Arts and everything they stand for. We are so grateful for all of you.

This has been such a positive experience for both my grandchildren. The instructors are awesome. They are so good with all the ages and really show how much they care for them. I was impressed with the variety of things they teach. Besides karate they include self defense moves and discipline attitudes for here and also at home and school. It’s such a well rounded experience. I highly recommend this school.
