Jon Benditz is an amazing instructor, knowledgeable, driven and patient. The classes are fun, high energy and will inevitably lead to the ability to defend oneself. I highly recommend Rise Up Krav Maga for every age, from toddlers to the elderly, this discipline is something all of us should know in this day and age!

This place is great! Me and my 14 year old daughter took classes here for several months it was really great for building her self confidence. John The instructor was very welcoming, super nice and created a very friendly atmosphere. The classes are the perfect amount of challenging and a great workout. I highly recommend this place.

Jon is such an amazing instructor! I'm not the most athletic or in shape, so the awesome workout was perfect, plus everyone was welcoming. The cost is great, especially since I have a lot of members in my family, so it's neat that he gives discounts for multiple people.

Coach Jon is amazing with all ages from teen to we're not young anymore. The confidence he instills and the freedom you gain from his teaching of self defense you can't put a price on. The great thing is he is very affordable and you become part of the family fast. We love this place and our coach. Take the 5 stars and multiply it 10x.

I really needed to find a place that taught me how to defend myself. At Rise Up I found alot more than that. Not only am I learning how to defend and get in great shape, I found a family away from family here. The instructor is not only knowledgeable, he teaches different levels and different ways so each person understands and is able to learn! He has become our Yoda.. From children to adults of all ages this is the place I would tell anyone of any age or health level to go! You won't regret it!
