I've been a member of Rise Athletics since November 2021, and I can confidently say that joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. Over the past few years, Rise Athletics has not only helped me achieve my best physical shape but has also significantly improved my mental fitness.

I've been attending the Hybrid HIIT classes at Rise and I can't recommend them enough! The workouts are dynamic and challenging, perfectly blending intensity with variety to keep things interesting. The trainers and community are knowledgeable and motivating, always pushing us to exceed our limits while ensuring we maintain proper form. This gym is by far one of the most welcoming and efficient in all of downtown Los Angeles. They’ve helped me change a lot not only physically but mentally in just a couple of months! I’ve been a member at Rise Athletics LA for a few years now and can confidently say this is one of the best gyms in town, and my favorite by far! I’ve tried many gyms over the years, from high-end commercial gyms to private/specialized boutique gyms, and none of them compare to the community, classes, and overall atmosphere that Rise Athletics LA offers.

The one thing I love about this gym is how welcoming and knowledgeable the coaches are. I initially joined the gym for boxing, but eventually started taking some of the other classes as well (HIIT, kickboxing, etc.) and very much enjoyed those classes too!

Additionally, the facility itself is great. The place is HUGE! There’s plenty of workout equipment/machines, punching bags, lockers and showers, and enough open space to do independent work even while classes are going on.

Whether you’re new to fitness, a weekend warrior, or an active competitor/pro, Rise Athletics LA has all the tools and resources that you need to reach your health and fitness goals.

Rise Athletics has become a weekly thing for me, started around 8-9 months ago. Mainly taking grappling classes
(Jiu jitsu & wrestling) as well as some CrossFit classes mixed in when I have the energy. Very chill atmosphere & Coaching is very hands on; detailed. Don’t know where I’d be without Rise Athletics, Great spot!

Rise Athletics is an amazing gym with an even better community! From the dedicated coaches to the supportive members, everyone fosters a welcoming environment. Not to mention the diversity of classes offered! I recently completed their 6-week challenge, and it was unlike anything I've ever done. It demanded self-discipline, but the results were undeniable—I saw progress within the first 3 weeks! This challenge has instilled healthy habits into my daily routine, and I would 100% do it again.
