This hotel was perfect for us and our 3 kids. We booked the room with 2 double beds and the pull out and it was perfect. Had a kitchenette and a vanity area. It accommodated us perfectly. The continental breakfast was perfect as well and very well maintained and stocked. Fill coffee bar. Would stay again.

Handicap accessible room was required for me. The room had carpet, except in kitchen, the tub has pull down bench at end of tub, but water and shower controls are at front of tub, so my husband assisted me, on sides of bed just enough room for wheelchair and makeup vanity area outside of bath cannot be accessed with bathroom door open (just FYI on that), sink in bathroom NOT wheelchair height.
We had stayed stayed previously in a regular room prior to my amputation and we loved it. Immaculate, full kitchen, it was great. This time I had a little difficulty.

Was a guest at this hotel occupying 2 rooms for approximately 36 nights. Had a number of concerns and was very unhappy with the overall experience. Garbage disposal backed up & it was reported multiple times before it was fixed. The odor was pretty bad. Had no hot water for over half of the stay, then only about 5 minute showers for the duration. Reported this issue multiple times and was told that the plumbing at the hotel needed to be fixed and that they have several rooms that experience issues with hot water. I was told to run every faucet in the room up to 15 minutes before wanting to take a shower and even during the time of taking a shower in order to get more hot water.
On multiple occasions, housekeeping would enter even though we had the do not disturb on the door or they would not enter when we did not have it. We continuously had to request additional towels and supplies as those things were never replenished regularly or without request.
Finally, towards the end of this stay, we were wrongfully charged on our personal credit card for what should’ve been billed to our insurance company. This mistake us to be overdrawn in our checking account by several hundred dollars. It also cost us a major loss due to the issuing unresolved in a timely manner. The site manager did not return phone calls as promised, then after dealing with the assistant site manager, and being assured that the situation was taking control of it was still not remedied and has drug out over a week. We have sent multiple emails left multiple messages and reached out to Marriott Bonvoy and Marriott corporate several times to receive no other offer but some Bonvoy points that don’t even equivalent to the amount that would’ve been earned for our stay. Even after requesting to speak to a district/regional manager over 10 times I have yet to receive communication. Over $10,000 was spent with this hotel during our stay and it is very sad that this is the response and the treatment we are given from the management. We were already staying in the hotel due to losing our home in a flood, and the lack of empathy and customer service has been very disheartening.

We were having remodeling done in our home and needed a stay for a few nights. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Staff was courteous and professional. We got king suite which was great. Full kitchen, living room with desk and big television, comfy king bed and huge shower. Breakfast was also included and they had a little bit of everything. No complaints here. I even enjoyed some pool time.

The rooms & facilities were very clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast that was included was pretty good. Nice selection from eggs, bacon, toast, bagels, do it yourself waffles coffee & milk etc. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool was clean & the water temperature was comfortable although it was right next to the parking lot. The rooftop bar, which was part of the reason we chose this place was nice but had limited hours & was closed 2 of the 4 nights we stayed (Sunday & Monday). The most disruptive part of vacation was a cheerleading team in for a competition. There were probably between 40-50 middle school to high school age girls showing up to breakfast all at the same time. We needed to plan around this crowd of kids (who over all weren’t bad) because when they showed up for breakfast it was like a line in a school cafeteria. The kitchen staff could barely keep up with restocking the food. But they sure did try. I’m surprised that the hotel didn’t make some kind of accommodation for such a large group. The hotel is also next to gymnasium that had a big tournament. There were some kids from the tournament in for the breakfast but mostly with their families. Luckily there were a lot of nice restaurants and bars within a couple of miles. So I’d recommend this place but I’d check ahead of time just in case they are hosting a convention style crowd while you are there.

Unlike the outdated and desperately in need of renovation rooms at Saddlebrook resort, the Residence Inn offers a refreshing and impeccably clean environment with a stunning design. One of my personal favorites was the inclusion of a luxurious rainfall shower in the bathroom.||However, what truly sets the Residence Inn apart is the exceptional service provided by its staff. While I regrettably didn't note down the names of every employee I encountered during my stay, I must mention a few who contributed significantly to making my experience phenomenal: Jose, Keidsly, Wanda, and Ashelyn. It is evident that this establishment is well-managed, as the staff members appear genuinely happy and welcoming.||If you choose to stay elsewhere in the area, prepare to be disappointed. The Residence Inn Wesley Chapel surpasses all others by leaps and bounds, making it the ultimate choice for an unforgettable stay.

Quiet location as long as the sports complex isn’t having an event. Traffic can be very heavy at the area where the hotel is located. Room could have been cleaner but was satisfactory. Staff was friendly and helpful during my stay. I would stay there again.

I am disappointed, we have been with Marriott for over 20 years as platinum members staying at the chain hotels pretty often through out the world. This time in one of the stays in 2024 we had a terrifying experience. Staying as usual in one of the Marriott chains Residence Inn in Wesley Chapel Florida , we had encountered experience of strangers barging into our room. This was terrifying not just for me and my husband but also for my two minor kids. I was so disappointed with Marriott’s at the moment and calling the front desk which did not help much, they stated it was “their fault” with out acknowledgement of a terrifying event for my family. My kids were scared.
Not really much was done when I reached out to front desk.
