My daughter has been a part of the program for quite some time. The coaches are experienced. The coaches care about your child. The coaches show they care about your child through how they treat your child. No yelling, or encouraging violence. But a respectful and careful choreography of the lessons taught. They incorporate life lessons for the kids too. My daughter has gained friends from the program, that share similar values. Great adult programs too!

Training at Pride Mixed Martial Arts is by far one of the best things you can do! I began training at Pride when I was around seven years old. As a shy kid, the idea of entering a new place with new people was terrifying to me, but within my first couple of weeks, the gym had already begun to feel like home and the coaches like family. Now, ten years later, I am a first degree black belt under the incredible Coach Epps!
My parents' main reason for putting me in martial arts was, of course, so I could learn self defense. But Pride has taught me so much more than that. At Pride, you will develop numerous traits such as confidence, self discipline, focus, self control, and perseverance. As soon as you walk through the doors, you become a part of the Pride family, and form long standing relationships with the both the coaches and your training partners. Pride has opened so many doors for me to grow into the best version of myself I can be- from getting my black belt, to training on the competition team, to becoming a coach. The sky is the limit at Pride!

My son has been training at Pride for about 4 years. Not only is my child getting physical exercise and strength training, he is receiving lessons in life skills, confidence, and his attention/focus has greatly improved! The coaches are truly vested in the lives and successes of their students, and want each student to have the resources they need to be equipped and aware.
The birthday parties ROCK too.... and, for the parents, probably one of the easiest ones I've ever arranged!!!
