The people and place are great. This review is in regard to their phone system. It doesn’t work as of this review. The robot picks up, walks you through the menu, but doesn’t acknowledge responses. Once you hit enough numbers, it’ll tell you nobody’s available, and advise you to call back later. A Google review seems to be the only way of getting the attention of someone who can do cause a change, so when that happens and I can talk to an actual person, this review will come down.

Everybody I came in contact with was kind and friendly. When there was a very small issue, I wanted to commend Ryan for doing a good job with a smile on his face. He handled the problem like it wasn’t even there. I will remember this and be back as a good patronizing customer.

Website doesn't have any range information. The automated phone system only has hours. The people at the store never pick up the phones. Called twice just to try and find out if they have rentals and range pricing and hung up after 10min on hold.

PICK UP YOUR PHONES or don't have that option. I have relationships with other smaller ranges and don't have this issue.

Took the 308 AR-10 to the range for the first time today. After boar sighting things went smooth. The ammo was 150 grain fmj cheep stuff.

Made a Black Friday order in November, a month later it still hasn't shipped and nobody will answer the phone. Even the automated robot hangs up on me when I enter my order number. Tried to get someone in the Summerville location to help, flat out WOULD NOT acknowledge me at all. This is straight-up thievery. They've got my money and have no intention of providing the goods. I'm going to have to open a dispute with my credit card company. Buyer BEWARE!

Excellent place to get outdoor gear for fishing and hunting, guns, gun parts, automotive equipment, and clothing. They have a vast variety of fishing equipment, including lures, rods, reels, swim baits, and frozen baits. The staff are very knowledgeable about guns and gun safety and are easy to work with. The gun range is clean and on the cheaper end to use. Gun rentals are common and are about $10 (not including ammunition). Overall, this is a great place to go before any outdoor venturing.

Absolutely the worst experience! There were 3 men that helped me at the gun counter. One of them was super creepy, so I tried to nonchalantly get someone else’s help. Another guy and must’ve been his trainee started helping me and the entire time he was extremely unprofessional and rude. He assumed I was buying a gun as a gift and I never even mentioned that. He kept saying I had to do certain things for the camera, made me feel really uncomfortable. Mind you, this was my first time purchasing a gun on my own even though I have been raised around guns, hunting and shooting skeet using my parent’s and husband’s guns. He was not helpful at all. The trainee was just following him around and didn’t say much, so I cannot comment on his behavior. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

The range staff here at the Summerville location is very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about all thing's weapons, firearms safety, and come from backgrounds (various branches of the U.S. Military, police officers, etc.) which is evident in the work they do here.

I'm giving them a 5-star rating because I've only had one negative interaction with an employee (over a year ago). I observed him being quite arrogant and demeaning towards a couple customers - especially with women. I said something to him and he looked at me, said I don't know what I'm talking about, and walked away. I asked another employee if he was just having a bad day (we all have them). The employee responded, " Maybe. I don't know. He's always like that. Don't take it personally.

Not only am I not taking it personally, but I also don't think a company / organization shouldn't get a less than deserving rating because of one bad apple.
