I just pick up my order, a p226 sig firearm and I just want to relate how truly disappointed I am in its condition, I understand with it being a used LE turn in that there would be some wear, however this is in poor to fair condition at best and definitely not in good condition as advertised. This gun should never have been shipped and sold as one in good condition, the damage to this gun externally and internally is extensive. I'm truly at a loss of words for the item I received.

Considering how much they charged me for shipping and how long it took them to ship it seems like they could have found an appropriate box to ship the order in, possibly snagged some packing material to the keep the contents safe, or maybe even some tape to...you know...hold the boxes closed. They threw both guns in too large a box with no packing and nothing really securing the box closed. Both guns arrived damaged and missing pieces. Can't contact them by any means other than by phone, either.

I've had 6 orders with PSA and all have been great except my last order. PSA is great quality for what you pay.
My last order was through PSA's website, but "fulfilled by a PSA Partner." Be mindful of this.

I ordered a Zaffiri Precision trigger shoe for a handgun, the listing stated it came with a trigger bar. When it arrived, the trigger shoe was in it's own ziplock-like bag, but the bar wasn't in the package at all.

Inquired with both PSA and ZP.
Long story short, PSA isn't responsible for "PSA Partner" items, ZP stated they weren't responsible either. Came back to PSA and only option was to RMA/refund. Waste of time and money.

Not the biggest L, but I had no other recourse. Imagine if it were a more expensive item. Figured I'd just share this last inconvenient experience. DON'T BUY "FULFILLED BY PSA PARTNER" ITEMS.
