Great teacher, great community, and great facility! I was able to join for one NoGi class while I was in town visiting my family and if I lived in this area, I would certainly love to sign up here.

For the class I joined, we practiced light rolls into learning new techniques, practicing with our partner, and then rolling with different partners at 6 minute intervals.

Really fun class and positive experience. Highly recommended for all people in this general Atlanta area to come out and join Nucleus BJJ. Special thanks to Chris and Scott, great place with kind and humble coaches. OSS! ?

Nucleas is an amazing place to train and learn whether you’re new to Jiu Jitsu or have years of experience. I have been training here for a little over a year and everyone is so friendly and ready to help each other. The environment is fun and welcoming yet still healthily competitive. The owner is fantastic and every instructor is there to help you learn and be better. Overall a fantastic place to train and I enjoyed every minute there.

I was visiting the area from Chicago and contacted Chris, the owner, a few days prior to my arrival through the website. He responded quickly with the class schedule and said I could drop in to train for a class. I opted for the 6:30am no gi class and was not disappointed! Early in the morning I pulled up to a nice, clean gym, and everyone there made me feel very welcome. Chris taught the class and is a great teacher. His explanations were clear and he went through the group during drilling to make sure everyone understood. Rolling at the end of class was also a good workout and great fun. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to check out the evening gi class, but I will be sure to make a return visit the next time I'm in the area!

I'm visiting the area for work and have had the pleasure of training at Nuculeas. What sets this academy apart from the many BJJ academies in Atlanta is the gym culture.

Chris the owner is a super friendly and welcoming as well as a very technical instructor. You can tell he's deeply committed to his students development. The students are all very friendly. There are plenty of tough training partners for more experienced BJJers and plenty of structure and guidance for beginners.

The academy also has a AWESOME strength training gym available to students under the same roof. Definitely give this place a shot.
