My 9yo daughter and 7yo son have been attending Northbrook's Best Martial Arts Program since 2022, and they've been taking three classes a week since the beginning. I can't say enough good things about this place. The environment is so positive and supportive, which has made my kids feel completely comfortable from day one. The masters are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and caring. They take the time to break down each technique, making sure the kids fully understand the fundamentals before moving on to more advanced moves. What I truly appreciate is how this program emphasizes not only physical skills but also mental discipline, respect, and focus. The masters encourage each child to challenge themselves while also respecting their own limits. Thanks to their guidance, my kids are not only in better shape but also have a deeper understanding of self-control and respect. It's been an amazing experience for them and I'm so grateful for everything the masters have taught them.

Great place for kids to learn perseverance, self control, and respect. My son has tried all kinds of sports through out the years, and finally he found his place here. He loves the concept that he can go up levels with hard work and training. After 2 years, finally he got his black belt!

The masters here are excellent! They can get kids engaged and help them to stay focused during the class. They also encourage kids to work hard and be respectful to classmates and the masters.

Best part, parents can train with the kids for free!! Great way to keep fit and healthy.

I highly recommend this place. It is a great community!

I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional experience my children have had at this Taekwondo school. Master Daniel, Master Seo, and Master Justin have been outstanding in their dedication to teaching our children.

My first child Louis started at age 5 with lots of energy and focusing challenges. While the first couple of months were difficult, the masters' patient and supportive approach made all the difference. They work wonderfully with each child, teaching not just Taekwondo but also valuable life skills like discipline and respect.

My second child recently joined and already loves coming to class. The masters have created such a welcoming environment that both my children feel at home here. The front desk staff member is particularly noteworthy - she's always friendly and incredibly helpful with everything from payment processing to scheduling adjustments.
