Krav has been life changing for me and my husband. We started a year and a half ago, and I could barely do sit ups, and push ups I had to do on my knees. Now, I can do 10-15 EASILY on my TOES! We are stronger and healthier and more motivated. It’s been an Amazing martial art to do as a couple. The community and the staff are top notch and organized. I can’t say enough great things! My husband and I just striped on our yellow belts. A BLACK BELT IS JUST A WHITE BELT WHO NEVER QUIT!

Sam is amazing with the kids. He is great with all skill levels and is excellent at engaging the kids and helping them develop the physical, mental and emotional skills needed. Cara is also amazing with the kids and helping parents feel comfortable and confident in the process.

We love Sam, Kara and all of the instructors at Brentwood Krav. Our 4 year old son goes twice a week and he loves it. They are so welcoming, and awesome with kids of all ages. We can’t say enough good things about them!!

We are so happy we cannot put into words that we found this place. It is a hidden gem (seriously it's hidden, but everyone will love driving by the Bentleys, Lambos and Ferraris at the dealership across the street). They came to my daughter's school and she came home so excited and they offered a free Saturday intro class. She was sold and so were we. The staff are AMAZING with the kids especially if your child needs some extra help with focus and attention there are extra instructors in all the classes to help anybody who needs a little extra help or gentle reminders on what they are supposed to be doing. A lot of the extra instructors will go sit next to a student that seems to be having some struggles of any sort and give them some extra attention. My daughter struggled immensely with anxiety and after 3 months of classes twice a week she has become a different child; confident, respectful and excited for what each day is bringing instead of fearful. The transformation has been awe-inspiring. We cannot thank the instructors enough for all their hard work, caring and thoughtfulness they put into running their school. Mr. Sam and Ms. Kara do an unbelievable job and are truly gifted at what they do! All the staff are amazing and so much fun- Mr. Nick and Mr. Nicky are so fabulous too!

Sam is the best instructor there is out there!
My 9 year old and my 13th year old, absolutely love and respect this wonderful man.
Take your children to this great program with confidence, you will not be disappointed!

I started training here about 2 months ago and would definitely recommend it for anyone who is looking to develop their physical and mental muscles, as well as their stamina. Both Kara and Sam are incredible instructors, equal parts challenging and encouraging. Every individual I've trained with and met at this location has been so committed to becoming the best they can be at their craft.
I also love the structure of the courses, how they build on each other and you continue to reinforce what you've learned while adding new skills.
I just completed my first evaluation and I would never have imagined that I could have gone 1 hour straight doing a work out, much less two. Physically I'm feeling the best I've felt in years, strong, and as they say at the end of class, DANGEROUS!

The staff are so talented and friendly and full of energy and willingness to train you to the best of your abilities. There's not enough hours in the day, otherwise I'd be there every day!
I miss the times where I can't be there with my friends and my mentors learning and sculpting my mindset and my body as a tool sharpening all aspects.
