I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mastering Martial Arts in Aurora, CO, after being hooked on their YouTube channel (@masteringma). The nunchuck training video and the spinning hook kick tutorial really caught my attention, so when I visited Colorado, I knew I had to experience the gym in person.

My visit didn't disappoint. We focused on boxing and kickboxing, starting with the fundamentals—stance and basic punching. From there, we leveraged those skills into an intense workout, which was much needed after indulging at Los Dos.

Mastering Martial Arts offers a family-friendly environment that caters to all skill levels. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced martial artist, you'll feel welcome and challenged in the best way possible.

I highly recommend this gym to anyone who lives in the area or if you are just visiting. It's a top-notch facility with a great focus on technique and fitness. I only wish I had a gym like this in Little Rock, Arkansas. Until then, I'll continue leveling up my skills through the Mastering Martial Arts YouTube page.

I contacted Mastering Martial Arts in interested in learning how to box with absolutely zero previous knowledge on how to do so. Stan, our instructor/coach, immediately responded and was more than accommodating in making me feel comfortable that I was a beginner and encourage me to try it out. I Literally went the next day and have been taking the class for four months now. I absolutely love the workout, camaraderie, and his attention to support and the art of boxing and mix martial arts. I would highly recommend Mastering Martial Arts, whether you are an expert and want to compete, learn self-defense or simply want to take the class for a workout.

So glad I got introduced to this Gem ? of a gym in Mastering Mixed Martial Arts ?a couple months ago. The best part about it was the free first day trial ! After that I was hooked ! Stan is an awesome coach and I’ve been coming back since Oct 24th , 2023 ! ? I recommend to anyone and everyone of all levels , boy or girl ! ! At first I was just going for boxing ? but one day as the universe would have it , I showed up on a Sunday (wich is Jiu jitsu ?practice only) learned a ton from Aaron, and now I also try and make it to Aaron’s classes as well on Sundays at 9am , wich is included when you sign up .Stan is judge free and loves working with all levels of experience the price per month is a steal with everything your getting in return ! ! I love coming here and hope to grow with everyone and see new faces this new year 2024 ‍

Stan is one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. He is knowledgeable in his teachings and always tries to bring the best out of your training. He’s always made training intense, but fun at the same time. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get their butt kicked and have a good time!
