Prime location. Stunning views from the room’s balcony. Just a 5-minute walk to the ski resort. Kitchen with all the essentials and useful appliances. Convenient and secure indoor parking with in-and-out access. Within walking distance to excellent breakfast spots and enjoy scenic views.

This property is truly lovely, offering a serene and beautifully landscaped outdoor water area that adds to the calming atmosphere. Its location is another major plus—restaurants and shops are just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the town without needing to drive. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, including a pull-out sofa that is surprisingly comfortable. Unlike typical pull-out couches with soft, uncomfortable springs, this one is on the firmer side, which I appreciated as it provides better support for the back.

The kitchen area is well-stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, and the free washer and dryer in the unit are a fantastic convenience, especially for longer stays. Outside, there are four hot tubs, which are perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. Parking is also convenient, with underground spaces directly beneath the building. Overall, this is a great place to stay in the Breckenridge area, offering both comfort and convenience in a scenic Colorado setting.

First trip to CO to do some hiking in Breckenridge in Mid-October. Most of the aspen leaves had fallen but the mountains still were gorgeous, and snow covered. Used our points to stay at this Marriott resort which was a short walk to main street. Ski season starts 11/15 so we were 3 weeks away from the chaos the in-season brings, and we loved it! Never had to wait for any table, town not crowded, bikes were available everywhere. Will definitely go in OCT again. ||The resort was recently renovated and gorgeous. Very comfortable bedding (memory foam) and the staff were super nice!! Everything I would except from Marriott. There is a small grocery store within walking distance and a very large supermarket 1.5miles away. This was our first time to CO and what I learned is that it's tough on the nose! Saline spray is a must! (The dryness woke us up at night and we actually experienced mild nose bleeds.) The altitude did not bother us too much except on a 10 mile bike ride on a very nice path from Breckenridge to Frisco (also recommend this great, little town). We also drove up to Vail Village and spent the day shopping, about 45 min north.||Recommend the Burro Trail (we ran into 2 moose!), Sawmill Creek Trail, and visit the 15 ft wooden Troll on a short hiking path that starts at the ice rink.

Just back from spending the weekend here for Octoberfest and as usual was very happy staying here as I have stayed here before. The only drawback was we couldn't check in when promised due to the villa not ready, but we made the best of it. The whole check in process is very easy and the off-site parking we had was within a short walking distance and secured. It looks like our villa was recently updated with furnishings and such and it is well appointed. We had a great view of the ski slopes off the double balcony we had. The villa was very clean and totally equipped to make our weekend great. I slept on the fold out double sofa and it was so comfortable and there is plenty of bedding provided. The amenities provided such as the pool, hot tubs and gym are top notch. The location is really great as it's a short walk to main street and it is easy to get to check in.

Just had an amazing stay here at this hotel. Our condo was spacious and clean. It’s a very short walk to all the best restaurants and wine tasting. The hot tub and pool were down, but the room had a large jetted bathtub so all is well. The activities center was an unexpected surprise. I made a bracelet, some bath bombs, went to happy hour,and joined a group for a hike all taking place in the hotel. Shout out to Kelly in the activity area as well as Tracey and our other hiking guide. They really made the trip amazing. I have a medical alert service dog, and they treated us with courtesy and respect. That isn’t always the case…

Wife and I enjoyed out stay. Room was very clean and with a ton of space. The staff was amazing. We had one issue where I door wouldn't open and they had maintenance meet us at our door within minutes. Fixed the issue right there and he was very friendly also. We had to leave a day early and they didn't charge us for the last day we had booked. Would definitely stay here again.

The last few Marriotts I’ve stayed at have been disappointing to say the least (Orlando, Denver and some other cities) so my expectations were pretty low for this quaint town, but I was proven wrong.
This studio villa we booked at this hotel was so CLEAN, updated and quiet - my husband and I will certainly be back for another visit. Sara at reception was super friendly upon check-in, it was late around 9pm and she gave great recommendations. Free parking is a plus because nothing is free anymore.
All the restaurants and souvenir shops are walking distance and the snowfall made everything romantic and perfect, felt like a hallmark movie.

Loved staying here. This was my second time in Breckenridge, but first time at this particular hotel. The hotel was gorgeous. The 1 bedroom room has 2 bathrooms and was so spacious that I couldn’t even hear my friend in the living room. I loved the hot tubs, especially after a long day of hiking. It is also very close to Main Street.

I also like how Marriott did different activity every single day.
