So proud to be part of this academy. My daughter has been a member since it opened in Zetland and we as a family have grown to love the local community it has formed with many friendships. My daughter has developed many skills including discipline, confidence, strength, agility and skills to carry through life. She is strong and able to put many of these skills into her daily life in school home and through other sporting activities she is involved in.
Highly highly recommend for not only kids but also adults. They have a great range of classes of all abilities. Everyone is learning which is the greatest thing of all.

For our kids, Frank and his team are nothing short of amazing. Frank's genuine passion for nurturing their potential through Jiu Jitsu is palpable. My son is 6. A few months ago, he started attending Jiu Jitsu classes with Master Frank. First - once per week. Then he asked to come twice. Now he is asking for the third day. He has never been more excited to attend any other activity or class. Frank makes it very enjoyable for kids, while keeping it structured and, at times, technical. It’s fantastic!

The side effects of training here are having too much fun and finding a great community that I belong to. I have fallen in love with this place from the beginning. As a white belt, I am always encouraged and mentored, which I really appreciate. With consistent training and comprehensive teaching plans, I have progressed gradually.

It is not just about physical training but also about mental training and lifestyle improvement. I am getting fitter, probably tougher, and smarter too?
