Phenomenal hotel experience. I would like to commend the hotel for how clean the rooms are. Seriously, cleaning crews are everywhere in this place.

Check-in and check-out were both extremely easy. Room was very nice and oh so clean. We will be back again for sure.

The rooms were lovely. I had a top floor room overlooking the ballpark it was beautiful. The hotel is very nice, the restaurant and bar inside are very nice, the staff is friendly from check in, dining, having cocktails to check out. The area surrounding the ballpark is very nice, however there are vagrants and marijuana smoking going on frequently...I was traveling solo for work so the safety at 730PM in the evening was a bit questionable, this is always the case in a large city and it would not stop me from staying a Live! by Loews, again. Just be aware of your surroundings and enjoy the beauty inside the hotel.

I booked a suite in this hotel, they called “vice presidential suite” and for my surprise the rooms in real life look by far very different from the website pictures. I tried to have access to my suite earlier but it was denied by the hotel. Only until 4 pm we could get inside the ‘suite’ and then we realized the suite had no safe box. We had to be in a wedding at 5 pm but I couldn’t get ready cause I waited for 40 minutes for 2 people from security to came to the room to tell us what we know: The room 834 has no safe box and there was no solution from the hotel, the front desk was completely helpless, no manager, no customer service available. We ended somehow getting ready how I could (I had no time for makeup neither to do my hair or anything) and we rushed to the wedding carrying all our values with us arriving super late to the wedding. Terrible service and don’t waste your money on the suites. They are a scam! Next day, after I complained again with front desk, the assistant manager showed up to say they discounted a $100 from the bill. What a joke! The suite was clean but very basic looking. It has been so far the worst suite I have ever been in my life. Zero amenities only 2 big bottles of Fiji water and a tiny coffee machine and that’s it!

Great hotel! Very clean, updated modern decor paying homage to the hometown team 🙂 Location is prime, right across from Busch Stadium and Ballpark Village. Staff are friendly and professional, and knowledgeable about the area. I like that there is some security so that only guests could go up in the elevators.

Great location right across from Busch Stadium. Our room was on the seventh floor and faced the stadium. Great room with modern decor. The downstairs bar and grill was great. Good food and beer selection. Location is right beside Ballpark Village which has several more restaurants, bars and shopping with a very easy walk. About 10 minutes walk to the arch. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here one night for our anniversary and we loved it. Lots of parking options, hotel was clean, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were cozy and clean. We never were bothered by any outside noise or other guests being loud. Would definitely stay here again. Lots to do in the area as well without having to drive.
The only critique I have is the lotion and shampoo and conditioner provided. It's peppercorn scented non sense lol it smelled so bad. Can't tell if this is on purpose so people don't use it ?

The hotel facilities are very comfortable. It is very well located. It could be a great hotel. With an operator who is supposed to have experience and a responsible management. I upgraded to the presidential suit room 844 and stayed on the weekend to watch the PINK concert with my daughter under 16 years old. Returning from the concert and in the corridor in front of my room of the hotel on the 8th floor I found the unpleasant surprise of a couple of naked drug addicts having sex naked . I Call the reception. To security. Ask to talk to the manager. And they have not had the courtesy to contact me. I leva e that hotel at 3am to a safe one . Is contente unsafe . Be carefull with kids ||||This shows why without a doubt

Just checking in to Live at Lowes in St.Louis we had a smooth check-in. Only issue we had was we had an American Express booking but didn't get upgraded immediately. After talking to Aaron no questions he took care of us fast to a way better room with no issues. I would most definitely stay here again.
