My five year old son has been coming here for a year now and it has been the best extracurricular activity for him. He not only gets the daily physical exercise he needs, but he also learns the importance of hard work, respect, discipline, perseverance, and honesty.

The best part is that Grand Master Valian, Mr. Boraire, and the other instructors actually care about each and every student and want them to want the best for themselves. What they teach them here can be used in the real world for the rest of their lives.

The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming and we are so thankful that we found this gem!

Bringing my child to Life Time Martial Arts has been one of the best things I have done as a parent. The instructors’ ability to connect with all children from different backgrounds is amazing and very professional. I drive one hour away almost every day just to come here because is all about the life lessons they teach my child (and me as a parent). This is hands down the best martial arts studio in Richardson. Grandmaster Valian is a true master of not only martial arts (9th degree black belt) but life as well. He and his black belt instructors are molding young minds and turning them into well rounded responsible individuals that are ready for the big world. Mr. Boraire (4th degree black belt and Grandmaster Valian’s second in command) always greets everyone with a smile and keeps the whole class at complete attention. These instructors don’t teach by pushing the kids down either. Rather they bring them up and show them what they are really capable of achieving. I am so glad we found this place. My son has been coming here for 2 years, and it is one of the best extracurricular programs anyone could be a part of.

One of the greatest gyms by far! I have been under Grand Master Mehrdad Valian’s wing for close to 10 years. Incredibly knowledgeable, sharing both words of wisdom and priceless physical training. Truly a decision I will never regret.

My daughter & Son has trained at Life Time Martial Arts for 2-3 years and loved it! His teaching were so invasive that my daughter anytime she comes back into town she wants to go back to learn her black belt. Master Valian's classes do not only teach martial arts to kids, but more importantly it teaches kids discipline, courage, goal setting, respect and much much more.
