I took a self defense class here with Mr. Ramirez and it was a great experience! Our group of women ranged from 20s-60s with varied fitness and athletic ability. Mr. Ramirez was able to make it a valuable experience for us all. Not only could I tell he really cared about us learning for our own safety, but he made it fun. We practiced maneuvers as well as did work outs that mimicked fighting scenarios. He gave us exercises to do that would help us continue to get stronger and work out the muscles we’d need for various potential self defense instances.

The classes help my kids with their everyday life. They are much more confident since they started this class. I have twins and my son has been working with Mr. Ramirez for over 6 years. The instructor has over 20 plus years experience in teaching. I mainly put my son in this program for self confidence. He also has tight muscles and the exercise and stretches help him with that. My daughter is very shy and it took her a little more time to participate. She would sit through classes for about a month until she opened to the idea. The instructors and the other children brought her out of her shell, no other place could have done that for her. They reach out to the kids and offer help. A fantastic family environment and all the kids support and encourage each other.

This place is amazing!!! Mr. Ramirez is a great instructor and pushes you to do your best everyday. I love the class and the improvements I feel within myself. I was invited by a friend to come try the class, now I invite everyone to come to class with me and also enrolled my kids in the Kenpo Karate classes. These classes are definitely worth it and very rewarding!
