Unforgettable evening. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We had Chef Al and his team prepare an incredible dinner for our family get together to celebrate my birthday. This was truly once in a lifetime experience and I would recommend him and his Wife to anyone who wants to make a special occasion a truly memorable event. Along with a last minute request for a bartender to serve us some delicious drinks.

Chef Al and his lovely wife Mel were beyond amazing!! Professional, communicated well, on time and lovely people. They made my mother’s 90th birthday unforgettable. The meal was outstanding! From the charcuterie to the salad and our surf and turf main course, everything was presented beautifully and was delicious. I can’t say enough! If you need a chef for a private event Chef Al is your guy!

Outstanding! Chef Al and his team prepared an incredible Christmas dinner for us - and took time on a big holiday to make our family gathering even more special - appetizers were so tasty, salad was so fresh, main meal was cooked to perfection! So this year we celebrated my husbands birthday the day before, the day of and the day after. We had amazing experiences, but neither day compared to the meal with chef Al of Lasalle Events. Chef Al was attentive in learning what my husband enjoys in a meal. He executed impeccably from the greeting (great wine) to the exit. He catered to every whim of my husband's taste buds and his appetite. The food was absolutely delicious, served at perfect temperature, and it was also picture perfect. What stood out to me was the freshness of the ingredients and harmony of the meal both in flavor and texture. Just when we thought we could not eat another bite of anything, we were served two amazing dessert treats curated by Chef Mel (she was a joy to meet and is serious about her craft/talents). Lots of attention, care, and skill were easily recognized. I can't see how this meal could have been any better. Just think of having your own chef making your favorite dishes beyond your expectations it was happiness overload and will always be remembered. Thank you so much, Lasalle Events.
