Best mixed martial arts studio in all of Inglewood + Southbay. Massive size, very clean, well ran and organized. Family owned and operated.

My Son loves to come here and train and all of the parents are really nice and get so excited seeing our children improve.

We tried a few other places that focused on only one style of training and decided this avenue was best for us.

The kids LOVE The Grandmaster as well! He’s stern, but easy to approach and takes his time to help the children understand ways they can improve.

I highly recommend Kingi Kajukenbo!!

Great place to learn martial arts in a fun, safe environment. Students learn self-awareness, hand to hand combat, and intricate defense forms that promote discipline and coordination. Reasonable cost too!

My son just turned 3, and we were eager to find an activity that not only engaged him physically but also nurtured his discipline and respect. We found all that and more at Kingi's.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a diverse group of instructors, which was wonderful to see. Representation matters, especially for young ones, and seeing so many men of color guiding the practice with such respect and dedication was truly inspiring.

The studio's environment strikes a perfect balance between structure and playfulness, which is exactly what my son needed, especially coming from a play-based school. I've noticed a significant improvement in his focus and confidence since he started. Kingi's is a gem of a place. I couldn't be happier with the positive influence it's had on my son's development. I wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing yet structured environment for their child's growth, even at 3 years old.

After observing many other martial art schools, my wife and I were particularly impressed with Kingi's Kajukenbo martial arts school. We love that they teach a multi-disciplinary martial art style that is a fusion of karate, judo, kenpo, and boxing--a wonderful, well-rounded self defense system. They have a very nice and large dojo in a convenient location with a very good ratio of instructors to students so all the students receive a lot of personal attention. The instructors are all very friendly and competent martial artists who maintain a well-disciplined learning environment and gave a lot of love, encouragement, and special attention to our daughter who learned a great deal of practical self defense skills in a relatively short amount of time. The more advanced students are all superb, fierce, and obviously very well trained. In addition, the school puts a lot of effort into all kinds of special activities and holiday events to maintain a tight-knit sense of family and community. We would highly recommend the school to anyone of any age interested in learning to defend themselves...

I wish Kingi's Location wasn't so far from me. Otherwise, I'd have all 3 of my Little Leaders attending Kingi's Kajukenbo.

My little cousins attended their school and received their junior black belts here. I enjoyed watching the way they teach true martial arts.

The boys are all men now, and doing very well for themselves. This place has taught them how to be men, how to lead, how to be patient and to never give up.

I definitely recommend their classes to all ages. If you have any recommendations for classes in the Riverside area, please send me a referral. Thank you.
