Great experience! We stayed here overnight while visiting the FW area and touring TCU. The location was perfect and the hotel was very clean and modern. Our room was very spacious and we really enjoyed having a sofa and table area to hang out and visit with some friends that came from Dallas to see us. We were close enough to walk to campus and the surrounding area. We did not get a chance to have breakfast but took a peek as we were leaving for our tour and it looked amazing! We will definitely return next time we are in the area. Highly recommend

Great location for TCU visit. Easy to find and check in was simple. Room was spacious, updated and clean. Rooftop bar was a nice option but we also ordered Uber eats and made things simple! Following morning, easy check out (emailed receipt) and quick drive to get to our “Monday at TCU” visit for our daughter

Front desk was very welcoming and the room was a perfect getaway. Breakfast was great and the staff was so great. The conference room was great for our team meeting and the service keeping it update was awesome. The rooftop bar Lot 12 was a great time and very nice view of the city.

College town hotel, not in an upscale or desirable area, with parking that you have to pay for even as a paying hotel guest or restaurant customer. The restaurant/bar area is nice to visit but the hotel staff (a young woman) said ‘oh well’ when I suggested that paying customers should be provided a validation code of sorts in order to park on the property. As I type this (in the spot I apparently have 6 more hrs to stay in) the lot itself is not even 1/2 full. Staff is rude and highly unaccommodating. I’m glad I’m not staying the night here…

This was one of the nicer Hyatt Places hotels II have stayed at. The breakfast was at a much higher level than the ones I have stayed at before. The rooftop bar/restaurant was a great area to hang out with outdoor patios. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband had business at TCU and we stayed here with the family. The rooms were immaculate, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and very fresh. The pool is absolutely beautiful and comfortable.

I have stayed here twice in the last few months. Excellent accommodation's and only 5 minutes from TCU main campus. Also, the upstairs rooftop bar service and food is amazingly good! I got the same server each time and he was great.

Made reservations two nights before arriving to the hotel only to be told at the time of check-in that they were at capacity. The desk clerk asked if someone called us. No one called us. The desk clerk handed us a letter and told us he was sending us to another hotel, the Avid. All around, this was the worst experience. Of course we canceled and was told that they tried all they could to accommodate us but we refused their help.
