I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Maratha in Nanded for three days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a welcoming and comfortable ambiance that immediately made me feel at ease. The room was well-appointed, with tasteful decor and a cozy atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat after a long day.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the friendly and professional hotel staff. They were attentive and helpful throughout my stay, ensuring that all my needs were met with a smile. Disgusting toilets ?. Overall Very bad maintenance. The labour urinates on the toilet walls inspite of my presence there in the room while we had gone to check how is the room before booking. Doesn’t deserve the tariff quoted.

Very poor service. No cleaning. Staff doesn't know how to talk with customer. Even after repeated request staff did not clear room..very poor experience..I won't suggest this hotel at all to anyone.

Service is pathetic room maintenance is bad light was not available for several days during stay. Staff is arrogant specially the manager very arrogant in nature. Other people staff are having zero quality to serve person. Billing is like Taj hotel services are like unhygienic lodge. Some food items were good but billing to it is bad. There is no coordination between owner and manager both takes Owen decisions and other person doesn't follow the decision taken by owner. Highly useless property only advertisement is shown that it has great services. Check all things then check in. They do not follow the promosses done.

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in my life! They don’t know what is hygiene! They don’t give proper hospitality! You would pay for wifi and other hospitality! You will stand for 30 mins still they won’t tell you they don’t have rooms available! Their staff doesn’t know how to behave! Its better to stay in oyo rather than spending alot here! They don’t even clean the washroom before handover the room! Shower doesn’t work! Gives used sheets and pillows! Still they would charge you 2800! And they will try to show they are doing a favour on you! Oyo is far better than this if you’re getting this service at 2800!
