I signed my twin six year old grandsons up for Taekwondo about seven months ago as a Christmas present. They absolutely love it! The instructors make it fun, but also teach them correct technique in punching, kicking and forms. As the classes have grown then the number of black belt instructors present to help teach has also grown so the student to teacher ratio is always great. I've been very happy with the mixture of learning and fun while also building strength. The boys also take a sparing class, and the adults are so Good with them (see the pictures below).

10/10 ⭐ The staff and other students are all so kind and courteous. The quality of the facility and its instructors makes our investment an excellent value. Besides the dojang, there is also a well-equipped gym, locker rooms with showers, and a martial arts store.

My youngest child struggles with emotional regulation; it has been a huge help to review the 5 Tenets of Taekwondo when he's having a hard time. In the few months we've been members, there has been a noticeable improvement in his efforts at self control. He really looks up to his instructors, and they are intentional about providing the best example in every situation.

I started by just bringing my kids but have recently started training also. I am a middle-aged woman who has done very little exercise in the past few years, but I've never felt embarrassed or out of place, even as an older, out of shape beginner. The instructors let students work within their abilities while challenging us to improve. Excellent, overall.

Thos place is amazing! My family has been very pleased with the work they have done with our son, who has Asperger's syndrome. He gets great one on one work when needed from all the teachers. Taekwondo is great For Occupational Therapy also social ABA as well.

What sold me on coming to Hongs USA is the credentials of Grandmaster Hong, a true legend in martial arts. The instructors are great and very helpful! Highly recommended for anyone who is looking to learn true Taekwondo, Habgido, Gumdo. They do offer a free session, so come see for yourself
