I was completely unprepared for the exceptional experience that I had at Holiday Inn Greenville this summer.

The rooms were immaculate (THANK YOU Gloria and team), the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, and the event staff helped us host a memorable event.

The buffet breakfast was also more than I expected. It's not your typical hotel breakfast and the dining space was quite nice.

Go ahead and book the stay. You won't be disappointed.

I needed last minute accommodation and Stephanie came through! I highly recommend. My room was cozy and clean. Every team member I came in contact with was genuinely happy to help with a smile. I will return. Holiday thank you for hiring and maintaining quality staff. It makes a big difference.

Stayed one night at this terrific|hotel. Located close to East Carolina U and downtown, the hotel is unexpectedly large. We had a room with two queen beds for my husband, my teen stepson, myself and our two small dogs on the 3rd floor. Despite its size and the parking lot seeming pretty full, we didn’t hear noise from the hallway or other rooms. The room was spacious and comes with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom is also large. The room also had vinyl floor planks instead of carpet, which is likely much easier to keep clean and odor free. Good move, Holiday Inn! ||My quibbles are minor: the shower water pressure wasn’t great and the towels in the bathroom smelled mildewy, like the towels hadn’t been completely dried before being placed in the room. ||Other than that, great stay.

The staff was incredible, in particular Pam and Cameron, who went above and beyond their duties. We were there for a family event being held in one of the conference rooms and stayed overnight afterwards. Pam was excellent in helping us with every aspect of our visit, from responding to questions about the catering service to ensuring my disabled aunt received one of the closest rooms to the entrance on the first floor so she wouldn't have to walk far. The catering staff was also extremely helpful and courteous. Our room was clean and the furnishings were comfortable. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience.

Overall, hotel was fine. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean, but carpet could’ve been cleaned in bedroom and room service was really late in the day and unfriendly. Front desk clerks were friendly. Decent value for the accommodations. Would visit again.

Air conditioning sounds like a dishwasher is running all day but didn’t impact our sleep. Bartender downstairs is awesome. Stiff bed. I would stay here again.
