MERCI pour votre super accueil. 2 nuits dans une chambre propre et confortable. Personnel professionnel. Hotel conforme aux standards Holiday Inn. Accueil au top! Petit déjeuner correct seul défaut tables hautes juste 2 tables basses donc peu pratique avec des enfants. 150€ la nuit 2 adultes 2 enfants et 18 dollars par jour pour le parking. Situé dans une zone hôtelière mais proche de tout notamment du Fashion Valley Outlet. Je recommande cet hotel.

The complementary morning breakfast was actually a wider selection than a typical hotel. Additionally, it was delicious and continuously restocked so there is always plenty of food throughout the 4 hours it is available. The staff is also very nice. Cierra, especially, was EXTREMELY nice and clearly worked very hard to take care of us. We dealt with her both on the phone and in person, and she allowed us to check-in early. She was very professional and did her best to help us in every way she could. Our rooms were always clean and well kept. The lobby area is very comfortable and relatively large. The covered outdoor area is also very comfortable and relaxing. We had no complaints with the accommodations of this hotel.

Spent 1 night at this hotel and it was a surprisingly great experience. The rooms are large and the beds were nice and clean. The furniture is minimalistic but has all things necessary. The hotel also has a pool and a jacuzzi. They provide a small breakfast buffet which is sufficient ( pancakes, eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, breads, cinnamon rolls, juices and coffee). They didn’t provide water in the room but a water fountain is available for refills. They also have a parking for those who need it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay barring the ac was a bit noisy.

My husband and I visited July 8th for 4 nights for vacation. While the hotel was nice the ending of our stay was horrible. Upon checking out at 530am I mistakenly left my wedding ring, diamond initial necklace and another diamond ring in the room. We were already 2 hours into our drive home when I realized my rings were not on. I called and spoke with front desk asking them to check room. I had to call back 2 times and they finally checked the room telling me they didn’t find my jewelry. I know exactly where I left them. The room had not been checked into by any new visitors as it was so early in the morning. They didn’t walk out of room by themselves, they were taken by whomever went into that room as soon as we left. The hotel knows who entered the room after we checked out. I filed a police report and 2 days later was able to speak to hotel manager who told me she spoke to all staff working that morning and no one claimed to have found them. No because it was a 2 carat diamond wedding ring that someone kept. Very upset and heartbroken that someone would do that. The hotel offered nothing at all to me for my huge loss monetarily and mostly sentimental. Lost my desire to stay here again. I know what happened and believe in karma. Also, the second night we were there our car was door dinged and took off paint 1-2 inches long in hotel parking lot. Car is small but parking spaces are super tight. Probably so they can fit more cars to make more money for parking fees.

The 1st thing I will bring to attention and kinda bothered me and should be noted is that we were charged $24 parking (per day) that is NOT noted along with that the parking spots are surprisingly smaller than usual which made sense to me because with smaller parking spaces equals more revenue. That would be my only concern and complaint though. The staff were very attentive to us we requested more towels, blankets and pillows and within minutes they were brought to us which I was very impressed with. Breakfast had many options but also limited as shown in pictures we were limited with the egg option to only an egg and cheese omelette. My daughters are lactose intolerant so could not enjoy this only option. The parking lot is a bit odd as to it is somewhat shared with the Hotel Iris which looked like live a in residential hotel/ long term residence. Which made my family feel a bit uncomfortable. I would recommend this place for business travelers but not so much for a family stay. I will choose another place for my family next time around.

This, recently renovated property, was probably the best IHG experience I have ever had. From the friendliness of the front desk staff to the nice, modern setup we were sad to leave this property. Rooms were very clean and recently updated. Beds were firm (which we like) and the TVs had tons of channels. Breakfast was served in a unique lobby setup that included large, roll up doors so you could enjoy the covered patio with a gas fireplace. It also has great access to the freeway making it easy to get anywhere in the San Diego area.||The only negative was that parking was limited. One night we struggled to find a space but Sai at the front desk was quick to help us improvise on a solution.

Positive: The hotel was clean and the staff was polite. The pool and spa were great. Negative: There were vagrants living on the hill behind the hotel, and the hotel in front of the Holiday Inn had people living in their cars. I doubt Holiday Inn can do anything about that. The inside of the hotel felt safe.
