Hôtel neuve, personnel à la réception très polit. Chambre très propre, lits très confortable, très belle chambre de bain, aucun bruit durant la nuit. Je vais certainement y retourner l'année prochaine. Je recommande de cette Hôtel.

I stayed here for one night in late April 2024 during a two-day road trip from central Florida to visit family in the mid-Atlantic region. I had previously made a reservation for a “standard room,” which had two double beds, so when I checked into my room, keys were waiting for me, and soon enough, I found myself in my room. The hotel was a little over two years old at the time of my visit, so it was still very new. My room was on the fifth (top) floor at the end of the hallway, away from the elevator, just as I had requested booking through the app. Many fast food and full-service restaurants are located extremely close to the property. I opted to have dinner at the Texas Steakhouse & Saloon, a quick drive down the service road by the hotel. There is also an Outback, which is closer and would only be a short walk. Although the hotel is near the interstate, I did not experience any issues with noise from the road or adjoining rooms. All of the staff I came in contact with were extremely polite and helpful. My only problem was finding random hairs throughout my room, especially in the bathroom. It was by no means a deal breaker, considering I would certainly stay at this location again, but cleanliness is the absolute top thing I look for in my stay above all. Regardless, I certainly enjoyed myself and would highly recommend this hotel. Whether you are solo like myself, a couple, or traveling with the whole family, they have plenty of room options for floorplans.|I look forward to my next visit!

I arrived to the hotel around 1am Monday morning after a long drive and was greeted by Ray at the front desk. He had my reservation pulled up and keys to my room in my hand in less than 2 minutes. He was very friendly and answered all of the questions I had promptly

Let me back up for a second…. Before I got to the Holiday Inn Express, I accidentally stopped at a different hotel thinking it was this one. When I walked in, there was a line of people at the front desk but the employee was not there to help them so frustrations were running high. I looked at my phone and realized I was at the wrong hotel so I quickly got back to my vehicle and made it to the correct hotel.

It’s hard to articulate the frustration that I was seeing in the guests at the other hotel but when I walked into the Holiday Inn Express, Ray was right there, ready to take care of any customers that walked through the doors. So when I say he did a great job, that’s putting it mildly. They only have a 5 star option on here but he really did a 10 star job. Thank you. Great job.

I usually stay at Hampton Inns and on my way down I actually stayed at this location's neighboring Hampton. I'm glad we stayed here on the way back North. This Holiday Inn is extremely clean, we were upgraded to a suite, and the bathroom has tons of space. I will be adding Holiday Inns into my traveling stays.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a Holiday Inn. (1) they said they had no towels and no sheets for the pull out bed on a Friday. I arrived on Thursday night for my family reunion and we used this location as the host location. They had the excuse that housekeeping called off. But by 7p somebody should have washed some towels! (2) the washing machine was out of order so I tried to wash my own towels (fail) (3) the pool was out of order so the kids in our family didn't have the opportunity to swim. (4) no towels, disinfectant in the workout room. Even the bottle of hand sanitizer was empty in the workout area so no telling when the equipment was wiped down last. Then lastly I was trying to check out, my daughter wasn't feeling well so I was trying to get a ginger ale from the market. The woman at the front with a buz cut never made eye contact or say anything to me. After (5) mins of her continuing her call (on her cell) I left the money on the counter and walked out.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The holtel was supposed to smoke free but had the stinch of a smokers house lingering through. There were roaches crawling on the wall and spidars. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly. There was hair in the sink and bath tub. I did not even stay!

Lola at checkin was awesome! Told her about the “sand” we found on the phone nightstand.
Angel at breakfast was so efficient & sweet! When they ran out of our favorite muffin, she made sure we got one before we left. Thank you!
The room was clean except for the sand, & then we saw a bit of mildew in the shower, and the showerhead was slightly unscrewed causing it to spray out the side. Both shocking & funny when you go to turn on the water.
Jeremy was friendly & helped me find what I needed.
At checkout, Jonnie made sure all our findings/concerns were noted, addressed & taken care of. Thank you! We’ll be back.
