Hôtel très propre et beau. En revanche nous avons réservé une chambre pour 4, à notre surprise la chambre était meublé d’un lit pour 2 et un lit canapé inconfortable que nous avons dû installer ( déplier + mettre les draps ect..) nous même. L’hôtel savait que nous étions 4. Nous avons du mettre le matelas au sol pour plus de confort, car nous sentions les ressorts et les barres du canapé. Il est inadmissible de dormir au sol pour 267$. Ils n’ont pas voulu nous changer de chambre. Nous sommes donc très déçu de cette hôtel car la moitié de notre groupe a du dormir au sol pour une chambre à presque 300$ la nuit !!! Ce n’est pas un bon rapport qualité prix pour 4 personnes mais pour 2.

Better than an expensive hotel! Super clean, great continental breakfast, quiet, convenient to Ft. Myers beach and the Key West Express. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend and will be back next time I am in the area!

This is such a gem of a hotel! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located; however, even beyond those excellent points, the stand out contribution was the lovely staff. Every single person we encountered was friendly, personable, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. I regret that I didn't get any names; however, the lovely woman that oversaw the breakfast each morning was fantastic with guests. Additionally, the ladies at the front desk were fabulous. They warmly greeted us each time and spoke to us about our day. We would absolutely stay again and would recommend to our family and friends.

Very clean inside and out. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. There is a pancake machine! A cool workout room. Close to Fort Myers beach, sanibel, Captiva, lovers key, downtown, etc. Walmart is almost next door as well as a a Walgreens. The rooms are big. Comfy beds. Great organization set up for luggage, clothes, etc. Modern classic designed rooms. Quiet. The water pressure is a bit low but overall this is a great hotel for the price. Convenient, clean and comfortable.

The rooms require a card to be inserted for the lights to turn on. At first that does not sound like a bother, but over the course of our stay it was a major inconvenience.

Staff were great and nice. Maybe ask them for an extra key card if you make the mistake of booking herem

If I could do more than 5 star review I would. We checked in on March 30. We checked in with Nikita. She was super sweet. She explained everything from wifi, to the heated pool and the cool use of the keys to keep the lights and outlets on due to eco friendly rooms!! Our room was immaculate!! (Pics will be added) We were in room 111. The king size bed was very comfortable. There was a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. There is also a safe. We did not make use of the safe. |Breakfast is 7am till 10am. They have hot items and cereal, pastry, yogurt, fruits and a pancake machine!!! If you are as lucky as we are you will meet Brigid. She prepares the breakfast and is an amazing woman. She checks on people and will talk with you. She is the type of person that you feel like you have been friends with for decades, and you just met her. Definitely someone we will miss. ||Sunday evening I realized I needed to refreeze my ice packs (i have meds that need to stay cold)for our trip to our next hotel and didn't have a freezer. Luckily Judy, at the front desk was able to freeze them. Life saver and also super nice!!||We checked out on April 1, Wendy, checked us out and did so with a smile! I seriously have NO COMPLAINTS about this hotel at all. Not one. Everyone was so nice. One of the very best hotels I ha e ever stayed at!!

Clean hotel, clean room, pleasant staff, however there was a small error when booking, the room was charged twice, which resulted in unforeseen costs. The refund took place 10 days later. It still remains a good establishment.
