Heimbergers martial arts is the BEST in Wesley Chapel. My daughter has asthma and they’ve worked with her to help improve her condition while ensuring she is safe and keeping an eye on her at all times. Mr. Heimberger loves these kids, you see it when he sees his students and remembers all 39374828 of his students names. If you want a place for your kid(s) to be active and learn discipline this is it. They also don’t hand out belts as some places do, which I appreciate. It teaches your children how to work harder and try again when you work on your craft. This place is a no brainer if looking for a martial arts studio.

We enrolled our son shortly after relocating to the USA from the UK. Master Alan Heimberger and his team (special shout out to Mr Teagarden, Mr Little, Mr Hussain and Mr Austin who have had to work through the strong Scottish accent) they have helped our 4 year old enormously in settling into his new environment, through teaching respect and discipline through martial arts and making it fun in the process. His confidence has grown as he develops new skills in an environment tailored to cultivate community and friendship with expert tuition. Heimbergers Martial Arts is the best decision we’ve made for our son since moving to Florida.

Both of our children have been attending martial arts class here for over a year and they love it! Mr. Heimberger is great with all of the children, and makes sure that everyone has a great personal experience. He gets to know every single child personally, and it makes for such a positive environment. Our children love it here!

I highly recommend this school for anyone that is serious about learning martial arts and experiencing a quality MMA style curriculum. Heimberger's Martial Arts came highly recommend to us from a family that has multiple black-belt students from this school. They are one of the longest running schools in the Tampa area with a strong tradition of caring, respect and quality of training. Our daughter (11 years old) has been training here 3-4 days a week for over 9 months and loves it!!! She enjoys the MMA style program and talks about wanting to be an instructor there herself one day. All of the instructors are very skilled and passionate about their art. Everyone that works there is very respectful and wonderful to deal with. I attend almost every class with my daughter and have never had anything but great experiences watching her train and talking with the staff. The classes can sometimes be very busy with many new students joining the program, but to me that just attest to the quality of the training and reputation of this business. My family looks forward to a long relationship with Heimberger's Martial Arts.

Best decision I have ever made for my 4 yr old son. I enrolled my son to increase his confidence and social skills.The instructors are very compassionate and patient. My son instantly felt accepted. their technique is beyond compare . This is an actual class, not an afterschool daycare . It has been over year and has made great friends who he socializes with outside of class. Being able to watch his confidence and drive grow is amazing.

Absolutely fantastic family oriented and family run business! Mr Heimberger and his team have established a Martial Arts school like no other. The fact they have been in business for over 50 yrs tells you something. Our girls started June 2023 and they are currently on their green belt. They have learned so much. They have gained strength and confidence both physically and mentally and they genuinely love going three times a week. We love how the instructors learn the students names immediately and they make class both fun and serious. Its all about discipline and focus where children can learn to apply this to their daily lives and make them better humans but also learn the abilities to defend themselves and others. Say NO to bullying. We love that they dont just give away stripes and belts. The children have to earn them. They learn to stay focused, strengthen their bodies, learn their steps/moves, and be able to understand what Martial Arts is all about. To enroll, its a yearly contract paid monthly or you can get a discount and some gear included if you pay in full. There is also a discount for siblings and we are waiting until our youngest turns 4 to enroll lol. There are many martial arts schools but Heimberger’s is unique.
