Good équipement! Nice saunas too!

Started with Chris just over 2 Months ago and am delighted with my progress so far. He knows what he's doing, motivates you and seems to have an endless treasury of alternative exercises to target the same muscle groups. He's also a great guy to spend an hour with. I went in with lower back concerns due to previous injury problems which he helped address immediately. I am really impressed with the results. Workouts are enjoyable as well as challenging. Chris is super friendly, supportive and encouraging! I'd highly recommend Chris as a personal trainer.

Great staff but they don't seem to stick around for very long. Hours at this location are inconvenient as they close for every holiday and at 6pm on weekends. The biggest red flag though is the constant broken equipment. Currently there are no less than SIX pieces of broken equipment with one massage chair and one stair climber that have been broken for more than six months.

Bias aside. One of the best gyms I’ve been to cleanliness wise and layout wise. Very aesthetically pleasing facility with a great work force and members. Smiles everywhere you look 10/10?

My favorite Goodlife, love the equipment, overall layout and the staff are always in a good mood! Out of the three we have here in Moncton/ Dieppe this is the one I enjoy the most.

Best gym I ever visit. Nice and clean. All the staff members are very friendly. Whenever i need any help Karamveer always helps me to accomplish that. He is so friendly and helpful and always gives me the best advice.

I’ve been to many GoodLife Fitness Clubs, or as I call them “Goodlife locations”, and Junction is my favourite. With substantially more squat racks, and people named “Peter”, than other clubs I’ve visited there is rarely a wait, even during the busiest hours. The bathrooms are clean, with only the faintest odour of Axe body spray and strawberry vapes. The staff are warm, except for Geena, who is physically incapable of a normal body temperature. Her fragile frame and low body-fat means that her genuine smile is only marred by the chattering of her teeth as she shivers pleasantly at the front desk. Worth a visit.

Geena, Lisa, Chris and the entire team at GoodLife are AWESOME. 10/10 gym. Clean, friendly, highly recommend!
