Being going to Fit Hit since 2021, I was 67 when I went to the free class now I'm 70 and still going. The coaches are professional and knowledgeable. Love you all. As 70yr young I can't always do all of the exercise, but they do modify my exercise that does the same as doing the vigorous exercise that helps to keep you firm and fit for the self defense class. Any hater out there. I have one think to say. "God don't like ugly".
Love you guys. Matan Gavish (owner) keep up the good work. You have wonderful coaches and look forward to my next class
Thank you Guys. ?

Took a 1-1 intro, group intro class and a mental resiliency training.

The studio is seriously awesome, they've clearly put a lot of effort into the place.

The instructor for my 1-1, Natali, was super helpful and made me feel comfortable taking my first class.

The front-desk, Jane made everything very seamless.

The group intro class was awesome, I got paired with another guy and got a great workout in, along with learning a superman punch.

Finally, the mental resiliency class with Matan the founder was excellent (and apparently also free). Currently traveling overseas but once I'm back in New York I'm definitely coming back.

I’ve been going here for almost 6 years. The workouts kick your butt, the trainers keep you motivated and the community lifts you up! Cannot recommend this place enough if you’re looking to get a good workout while learning some self defense.

My time with Krav Maga was amazing, it was more than a workout class. It became a community. I joined the 6 week program and had a goal to lose 6% body fat. I'm a runner so I needed to tone, that's why I was given a body fat percentage goal instead of a pound goal.

The support was constant throughout the process from an accountability coach perspective. It's hard to pinpoint my favorite part of the experience. I made plenty of new friends in the classes and met really cool people. The instructors are PHENOMINAL and I plan to keep popping into Krav Maga classes because I would miss them too much if I didn't.

As for the workouts, I could dread going to class cause I was just not in the mood to workout, but the instructors would change that in the first two minutes of a very high intensity workout. They get your blood pumping and you get so high on the energy you can't help but smile (unless you're in Sherman's class as he only allows grunts and faces of hard work lol). I also learned so much in a mater of self defense. Ive taken many a kickboxing class, and this is something else. This prepares you for real stuff.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Krav Maga. Theyre going through some construction right now due to growth but don't let the appearance shy you away, they make magic down there.

The work out was energizing the, the drills intense, the release tactics educational but the closing speech after the class was the best part. It was inspiring and motivating. And maybe I've just been through a lot in the last few months but it moved me to tears and gave me the reassurance that I'm making good choices to some positive changes in my life. Looking forward to the next class.

Came here while visiting NYC from West coast. They happily allowed me in for a free intro class and it was amazing to be received warmly by the kind staff and instructors! Tatiana and Paige were friendly and gave very good instructions. Give it a try for yourself, if you like a good cardio martial arts class!

This place is awesome! I was looking for a women's self-defense class and was happy to see they offered classes all month long for free!! The trainers were very hands-on. The class itself felt like a workout but at the same time, I felt like I was genuinely learning how to defend myself. I loved that they even simulated real-life scenarios so you could practice how to escape common dangers.
