Superbe hôtel, proche de l'aéroport, accès piscine, petit déjeuner copieux et compris. Le service à l'accueil est professionnel. Un bus hôtels vous permet de rejoindre l'aéroport.

Great hotel for a nice stay. Was traveling to see family and stayed here the night before flying back. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room service experience was a little different but worked well. The breakfast was set up early for us, a 4 AM departure, and the shuttle worked flawlessly and was not crowded. Would definitely recommend if staying on business or pleasure. A nice end to a great trip.

Clean, comfy and great access to the airport. But I must say the human element the staff offer with their kindness and eagerness to ensure you feel welcome is what sets this location of apart! Thank you so much for making our stay excellent! Hands down the epitome of front line customer service!

We stayed here after arriving from a flight that was five hours late. We were exhausted and only wanted to rest. We called from the airport to get the shuttle. The person I talked to on the phone was very nice. But the real star of the evening was the lady who drove the shuttle. She was upbeat, friendly, just a wonderful human being. She really helped us feel good after a fairly harrowing day. I did not note her name and I wish I had. She picked us up on May 31, 2024 at 3:00am. She said she worked the 11pm to 7am shift 5 days a week. I hope that is enough to identify her and let her know that she is very appreciated. Our room was great. The bed was comfortable, pillows supportive. I spoke to a front desk person twice and both times they were helpful and informative. A good experience all around, but the shuttle driver was the star!

The hotel is okay. Definitely a few random hairs in the shower upon check in, the bed looked clean and that's the important part. The beds are comfprtable and the hotel is in a good location for the Fresno Airport and there are a few food options close to the hotel. Be advised to lock your vehicle and exercise caution around the neighborhood as there are definitely some local creatures walking around nearby. It's California so that's to be expected.

Stayed at this hotel for 3.5 months on business. Very friendly and professional staff. Housekeeping cleans rooms every other day (full service not a refresh). Bathroom was modern with glass door entry. Fair warning as the hotel is brightly colored, with blue/brown carpet and yellow walls throughout. Pool was open throughout stay as well. If I return to Fresno on business, will certainly consider this hotel.
