Ive been with Dog Pound for about 6 months now. Every Wednesdays at ladies night I know I’ll have an awesome workout and a great time. They welcome you with open arms.
Even if it’s your first time trying out boxing they will go threw each step with you and make you comfortable.

ADDICTED!!!
My first time walking in this place, I was WAY out of my comfort zone, I have never in my life been athletic, and had ZERO idea what I was even getting myself into.
Staff are fantastically welcoming, encouraging, and immediately made my nerves start to dissipate.
I haven’t looked back. That “first time” was end of July, and I’m already seeing significant improvements in many areas. THANKS solely to DogPound for pushing me and being awesome

This gym is one of a kind! I attended the work out class for woman where we did a high intensity workout specialized for us at the class and then boxed for the last 30 mins. The gym is so welcoming and homey. The instructors take time to teach you and encourage you. An amazing workout environment and community! I definitely recommend checking it out, they are very accommodating on membership fees and making sure classes work for you!

100% recommend Dog Pound! Jay and Kass are super welcoming when you first arrive. Attentive to any questions or concerns. It’s a great place for beginners and pros. Jay is an amazing teacher/coach, super uplifting and humble guy. I didn’t feel like anything was out of reach at ladies night tonight, I felt included and motivated!! Will most definitely be back!

Best boxing gym in Belleville, great coaches they all love what they do, they’ve taught me so so much in just under a year. Definitely a great experience and worth the while. There’s also competitive fighters that will guide you on ur first bout. ( if your gonna go competitive that is) and If your just wanting to get fit and healthy this is the place! Great boxing gym!!!!!
