DFW Combat has been a lifeline since my neighborhood YMCA closed for a rebuild. Each instructor has itheir own style and technique. I have seen a great change in my body. I totally love hitting that heavy bag! It is a great stress release for me!

I’ve been coming here for a few months now after training at a few different gyms over the last several years. I initially came here when I moved to the other side of town and needed to find a new place to train. Each place had its pros and cons but none felt quite “right” until I came here. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and involved and the variety of styles really allows you to learn MORE in a shorter amount of time. The focus on technique has always been something important to me and this gym shares in those sentiments. The coaches want to see you succeed and do well and love to share what they know, but also the WHYS behind certain techniques. I’ve been to gyms where it’s very “this is my way and the only way and do it this way because I said so” and here it’s more of “here’s a few ways, this may work for you this may not but learn it all so you have it in your arsenal to make it your own.” It’s like they give you the outline and the paint but allow you to color it the way you want. This is a place for everyone and the owner very clearly has a passion for what he does and a heart to help everyone who walks through the door. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I really enjoy training at Combat Co. The culture is very inclusive and a large variety of people train there. I really like the fact that I found a place where the culture allows me to train without worrying about getting hurt. The instructors or knowledgeable and they keep the classes fun and information. I highly recommend Combat Co.

Joined this gym about 7 weeks ago. I did a 6-week challenge and lost 18lbs! So happy with the results I've had so far, and the classes are fun and different every time, so I am now signed up for a full year membership! You should definitely check it out!

Great price for 8 classes and it's easy to schedule. Staff is chill but will motivate you to push yourself. The classes I've taken so far have been great. Beginner friendly but that's if you have the right attitude ? Expect to sweat and get a great workout. They offer free trials for any of their classes and some are private.
