My son and I joined a couple months ago and we attend the classes in Fort Atkinson. One of the great things about it is that they allow the parents to join their kids on the mat. I love getting to work out with, and share this experience with my son. We have a great time and it gives us a common thread. He is doing great and I am very proud of him.

The atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming. The kids seem to really enjoy themselves. The skills they learn are so beneficial, both the physical and the mental. In the short time we have been there I have already seen great improvement in their skills.

If you are looking for a way to connect with your kid(s), I strongly recommend this school and these classes. But, rather than just simply enrolling them, get in there with them. Build a bond and enjoy an awesome experience.

Don't worry about the shape you are in. Like anything good, it takes time. You will be tired and sore in the beginning, but as time goes by you will gradually see changes. They may be in the form of weight loss, toned muscles, improved cardio, self confidence, just to name a few. This applies to you and your kid(s).

Come on out and join us. Meet some nice people, make some new friends, and feel better abiut yourself, but most importantly, enjoy something fun, exciting and rewarding with your kid(s).

Professor Jeorge is very kind, and passionate, patient and respectful towards everyone that enters the school. Very thankful for Coach Brain for his patients with helping our kids to learn in class everyday. We like the way Coach Jesse keeps the kids on track in class as well!!! Our kids always have fun in class and learn new things and enjoy themselves everytime their in class.

My kid is in the youth BJJ class and it is excellent. The coaches are great with kids and are incredibly helpful. The class teaches discipline, good sportsmanship, and helps to build confidence all while teaching jiu-jitsu. Even if your kid just has too much energy, it'll be difficult to find a better place to invest that energy.

This place is amazing! Anyone who walks through the doors is immediately treated like family. I have two sons on the spectrum and the way they are treated is so great. As a mother I couldn't ask for more! My kids have learned not only self defense, but respect and integrity. They are held accountable for their actions and shown so much love and support. I would recommend to anyone I ever meet!!!!

Great experience, great staff, it is a big family feeling. I have two boys in the kids classes and they are learning alot each week. I have noticed they are getting more disciplined. My boys are making new friends and are motivated to learn more and get better.

Great place run by an amazing teacher. Focus is on self defense and making sure confidence is there if ever the need for it. Amazing with kids as my son is in the kids class. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for everyone.

I've played basketball, football, and a couple other sports. I didn't understand passion for the sport until DEFCOM Ju-jitsu. This place is the triple threat great teacher, classes and classmates. I hands down recommend anyone to join!
