I donate plasma here a couple times a month for extra cash and have no complaints. As a new do or you earn $100 your first 5 donations up to $500 in your first month. Then you can donate every other day, twice per week, $50/$65 respectively. They sometimes have incentive bonuses and have a reward and refwrral program. If you refer someone and they donate 5x you get a $150 bonus and they get $50. If you are planning on signing up and dont know anyone whose referral code to use USE MINE !! 🙂 It will help us both out!!!

I donated blood plasma and my left arm was left swollen, extremely bruised and very sore. This picture is from five days after my blood plasma donation. With the high volume of individuals at this location, you feel like you're in an assembly line of humans with not much regard or care for you as a human being. You can sense that the staff doesn't really know what they're doing. I'm sure that that's not the case for the entire staff, but it definitely seemed to be that way for the overwhelming majority. I've donated blood many times and have never had these issues.

Unless you're desperate for money, there's no reason to go here. $100 for a donation isn't much when you consider the fact that you may be there for three hours (even with an appointment) and damage your body in the process.

The wait times are typically always long, there's not often that I'm waiting in line just to donate for less than an hour. I'm someone who can get a bit anxious about needles and the whole process but one of the techs, Brandon, has made this whole experience a breeze. Every time he sticks me with the needle, it's done with patience, care and a friendly smile. There is a very warm presence with Brandon around and he makes every experience worth while. Thank you

Not a bad place to donate. Machines are a bit old but maintained. Biggest issue I have is slightly tinted glasses. I've been told twice to take my glasses off while donating, which being crosseyed makes my head hurt. They're not so dark you can't see through and tell I'm awake. But the large man next to me falls asleep five times and continues to donate with no issues. Seems your staff is picking the wrong battles.

The payouts when they tell u when u first go i My situation I was Told a 100 for the first 5 times that you donates. I've only been here. It's my third week, they decided to give me 75 when they were supposed to give me a 100. And I talked to a girl that was in the front. I don't know her name, but she's a redhead. She said she would get with her manager and her manager said that there was no way they're gonna pay me and I called today. They left me on hold for an hour and a 1/2 and never answer the phone. So I called the 1866 number and they said they're gonna deal with it. But I'm calling back tomorrow. Because obviously management's not doing their job. They cant even answer our calls its Just ridiculous.
They're under staff. Some of the employees are used to go there like 4 years ago and it wasn't like that. I've never had a issue with them and all of a sudden, there's an issue. And I hope they make it right.

Everytime I visit and your employee Brandon W do my collection it always goes perfectly. every single time he does the needle I don't feel or notice it at all. I've been stab by plenty but he's super accurate.give this dude a manager role and let him teach. Big facts he's awesome G

NEVER DONATE HERE!!! This picture is the start of the bruise that my wife received at CSL plasma during her second visit. She has O negative blood type so she thought she could help out a lot of people and decided to donate plasma if she waited the allotted six months. After having our child, I can’t believe the audacity of these people. They have no regard for human life or their customers. Not only is the wait time. Ridiculous for your first visit you’ll be at least three hours. The customer service there is horrendous. She was sitting on the chair, waiting to donate her second visit they hooked up to the machine very aggressively which way there is a bruise. She was very nice and the lady was very rude after the donation was complete. She had to use the restroom she tried waiting patiently. It was taking them over in 10 minutes to get to her so she raising her hand which they say to do if you need anything no one was coming I was waiting outside, so I know that she was waiting there for at least 20 minutes to get unhooked from the machine to the point where she was about to use the restroom on herself finally someone got her after she had to yell I have to pee. Can someone please unhook me I took additional five minutes for them to unhook her. They refused to pay her at first, so she waited. They’re clenching her legs for them to pay her as she ran to the bathroom. Then when she tried to report it to a manager, they acted like she was crazy and irrational. Never donate here. I would go to bio life they have way better customer service, and will treat you like a human being.
